3850 One More Yes

3850 One More Yes

2025-10-1409:59

In life, we can sometimes have the idea that saying yes to everything is the way to live. But then, when life happens and you're in a season of more chaos than calm, no becomes the easier way out. Yet, what happens when you get that call; the one that connects with who you are and who you are becoming--your purpose and passion with your presence. Will it be one more yes? No one has magical moments, except for the immediate seconds when the magic happens. Every time something extraordinary occurs, it all starts from the ordinary. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The ordinary schedule you held for yourself. The ordinary practice that proved the progress over and over. The ordinary daily regimen to keep you healthy and in check. The ordinary devotion to you growing into what's next. You don’t stumble onto who you’re meant to be—you choose it. And every choice is a fork in the road, an invitation to add one more yes or fall back into comfort zones. Think back for a moment. Remember a time when an opportunity knocked so close you could almost reach out and clasp it. But instead of stepping forward, you ducked. You took the well-worn path many take when the climb looks too steep, too risky, too much work. Now imagine if you’d said yes. Just one more yes. The K.I.S.S. ~ Just one more yes! How different would your story be today? Don’t let that question spiral into regret. It’s not a “shoulda, coulda, woulda” trap. It’s a spark meant to light your future steps, not chain you to past stumbles. Because sometimes, one more yes is exactly what the moment demands. Remember Episode 3849 Just By Chance and the Shanghai Masters story? Two cousins, both tennis players, meet on the court for the final. And only a few days before the Masters started, Valentin Vacherot got a phone call saying he qualified and asking if they could expect him. So his thoughts were, "Let's give it a chance and see what happens."  On Sunday, he won his first ATP title at the Shanghai Masters, defeating his cousin, Arthur Rinderknech. This was a historic win, moving his ranking from 204th to 40th. That’s the power of one more yes. So what’s your Shanghai Masters? What’s the call you’re hesitating to return? Maybe you're more like Jake Moody with the Chicago Bears, who was released after the first week by the San Francisco 49ers. He was added to the practice squad and then put on the roster the afternoon of Monday Night Football (MNF). Moody won the game with the final kick at about 38 yards, giving the Chicago Bears the win 25-24 against the Washington Commanders. What opportunity, passion, or challenge might be waiting for your yes? This is your nudge. Don’t leave it behind until the doors are closed. Explore. Do what you need to do with one more yes. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3849 Just By Chance

3849 Just By Chance

2025-10-1321:30

Think back to the time when your dreams took center stage; it's all you could do not to chase them. But then life happens, and you begin doing all the things, only to realize that life isn't made up of all your dreams,  yet you're still weaving in and out of those you care for. It's quite messy. But then, you find yourself accomplishing the one thing—just by chance. Or is it just by chance? Every day, you’re deciding. You use what you know, what you’ve experienced, and what you’re willing to risk to move forward or hold back. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every choice alters your path—sometimes subtly, sometimes dramatically. Your dreams don’t just come in a neat package handed to you with a pretty little bow. They arrive through the twists and turns of decisions you make, overlaid with new beginnings and old endings. And in those moments, your dream resurfaces, asking, Is now the moment? Is success just by chance? Or by choice? You can’t control everything life throws at you. But what you can control is how you show up, how you feel in your days, and how you respond to each challenge or opportunity. That’s not just by chance. That’s by choice. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose wisely! Your choices create your daily journey. And that journey can be one with joy, even when hard choices need to be made. Or it can become a time of fear where no choices are made.  Regardless of where you are, choose wisely! 3 Ways to Choose Wisely While Going After What Your Heart Desires Slow Down to Reflect Before You React When an opportunity knocks or a problem arises, your gut might urge you to leap or shut down. Instead, build the habit of pausing. For example, say you’re offered a new project that promises growth but demands a huge time commitment. Don’t say “yes” immediately. Take a moment to reflect on how it aligns with your bigger goals. Does it move you closer to your dream? Or just distract you? This pause creates space to choose with intention, not impulse. Set Boundaries That Protect Your Priorities Your dream isn’t going to live in the nooks and crannies of your day. It needs space—mental and physical. Consider a single parent working a full-time job who dreams of launching a business or going back to school. Saying “no” to extra shifts or social invitations lets her guard that sacred time to write and plan. Protect your time like currency. What you say “no” to determines what you say “yes” to. Seek Out Mentors or Trusted Voices Choosing wisely doesn’t mean going it alone. For instance, an aspiring artist might struggle between accepting commercial gigs fast or waiting for gallery representation. A mentor who has navigated that path can offer clarity grounded in experience. Mentors challenge your blind spots and inspire courageous, informed decisions. Don't just listen to anyone—choose who reflects the kind of success you want. Nothing ever unfolds solely by chance. It's a carefully choreographed dance of “YESes” and "NOs,” clear intentions, and unexpected lessons that guide you toward the lane that only you can walk—one divinely designed to fit your unique purpose. Don’t sell yourself short by waiting for luck to strike or for opportunity to “just happen.” Be diligent and determined. Prepare yourself for the turns ahead, ready to face them with the understanding that your life is shaped not just by chance—but by choice. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Some days, life feels like a relentless storm—nothing goes right, nothing is under your control, and despair feels heavy on your chest. On those days, the hardest thing to do is to let go of the chaos swirling inside. But here’s your lifeline: bring your junk to Jesus. When you have those days where everything is out of your control and nothing seems to be going your way, bring your junk to Jesus. When you feel defeated and in despair, bring your junk to Jesus. When you are struggling in your situation, bring your junk to Jesus. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This isn’t about pretending things are fine or putting on a brave face. It’s about honesty with the One who already knows every piece of your mess and still loves you unconditionally. No one promised this life would be easy. Pain, hardship, confusion—they are part of the journey. But what is promised is something far greater: eternal life and a peace that surpasses all understanding. Choosing to let your circumstances dictate your mood or your faith is dangerous territory. Instead, choose what 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 commands: “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Notice the power in those words. The charge to rejoice always does not ignore pain. It acknowledges pain and insists that joy is available beyond it. To pray continually means you keep an open line to God through every triumph and trial. Giving thanks in all circumstances isn’t naivety; it’s recognizing the hand of God even when your eyes can’t yet see it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Bring your junk to Jesus! There is no part of your life that Jesus wants you to hide or carry alone. We are often the ones who try to fit God into neat little boxes—limiting His power, His comfort, His presence to only the “good” parts of our lives. But God refuses to be boxed in. He is big enough for your mess, your confusion, your anger, and your brokenness. So why keep Him on the sidelines? When your world is crumbling, look for the blessings hidden in the rubble as you bring your junk to Jesus. Maybe it’s a lesson, maybe it’s hope, maybe it’s a hand reaching out in unexpected ways. That’s the relationship God wants with you—not a surface-level connection but raw, real, and authentic. You can’t build that kind of relationship by only sharing your wins. Let your walls down. Give Him your junk—the doubts, the pain, the fears you can’t put into words. There’s nothing God doesn’t already know. Stop pretending. Bring your junk to Jesus, and watch how He turns it into peace and purpose. Lay it all down at the foot of the cross. Let Jesus carry what you simply can’t handle. Then, if even just a little, start to rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. That’s not just advice; that’s God’s will for your life (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). The junk isn’t too much. You’re not too broken. Jesus is enough. So bring your junk to Jesus—right now. Bring Your Junk to Jesus by Kristianne Wargo When shadows press and hope feels thin, When losing feels like where you begin, Don’t bury pain or wear disguise— Bring your junk to Jesus’ eyes. No need for masks, no need to hide, He knows the storms you’re trapped inside. He’s not confined by earthly rules, No boxed-in love, no guarded tools. The broken pieces, heavy loads, The tangled paths and weary roads, Lay them down at mercy’s throne— He’ll turn your junk to healing stone. Rejoice in dawn though night is long, Pray your grief in steady song, Give thanks through tears, through doubt, through pain— For grace and hope will rise again. Bring the mess, the ache, the fear, Jesus listens—always near. No junk too ugly, no shame too deep— In His arms, your soul will keep. So when the world feels off and cold, When you’re weary, worn, and sold, Bring your junk to Jesus’ feet— There lies peace you can’t defeat. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3847 The Apology Trap

3847 The Apology Trap

2025-10-1117:07

In marriage, saying "I'm sorry" can feel natural and even healing in the moment. It often seems like the right thing to say—a quick fix to tension, a peace offering, a balm for hurt feelings. But have you ever noticed that sometimes, your apologies don’t land with the weight or meaning you expect? Sometimes “sorry” becomes filler—something said to smooth over a disagreement without real change or understanding. Welcome to the apology trap. The apology trap is when you slip into the habit of saying you're sorry out of routine or pressure rather than genuine remorse. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When that happens, “sorry” loses its meaning and power. It no longer builds connections; instead, it creates invisible walls. But these invisible walls can become your indestructible brick walls. Your words might even breed resentment—because on the receiving end, they sound empty or scripted. Your apologies need to do the opposite. They should build bridges, not burn them. They should create space where healing, trust, and intimacy can grow deeper, not fester into more confusion or frustration. So how do you make your “sorry” carry the impact it should? The K.I.S.S. ~ Build a bridge! Here are three ways a spouse can build a bridge so that "sorry" truly counts: 1. Own Your Impact, Not Just Your Intent It’s tempting to justify our actions or highlight how we didn’t mean to hurt our partner. But “I’m sorry” isn’t about your intentions. It’s about acknowledging the effect your words or behavior had on your spouse. Owning impact means saying, “I see how what I did hurt you,” not “I didn’t mean to do that.” This subtle but crucial shift shows you’re tuned in to their experience and validates their feelings—which is the foundation for real, authentic connection. 2. Show the Willingness to Change An apology that stops at words feels and sounds empty. If you truly want to build a bridge, your “sorry” must be backed by a sincere commitment to do better. This means following up with behavior that proves the apology wasn’t just a band-aid, but a step toward fixing the problem. Maybe it’s agreeing on new boundaries, improving communication, or getting help when needed. Words alone won’t heal; actions do. 3. Give Your Apology Room and Time Sometimes, the urge to say “I’m sorry” quickly is to end conflict right away. But effective apologies allow for space. Your spouse might need time to process their feelings before they can accept your apology. Rushing the fix risks diluting it. Instead, say your “sorry” clearly, then lean into patience as the other person works through it. Respecting this emotional pace builds trust and shows respect for their experience. Getting trapped in hollow apologies is tempting and easy. But your marriage deserves better. Your “sorry” should never be a reflex word tossed around to smooth over without thought. In other words, don't make your "sorry" a burp; it should be a bridge—solid, sincere, and built to last. If you want your apologies to resonate and repair, own the impact, demonstrate your commitment through change, and give your partner the time they need. That’s how “sorry” becomes more than a word—it becomes a pathway to healing and deeper connection, strengthening your marriage. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Parenting in today’s world feels like a nonstop race to keep pace with the latest toys, gadgets, and trends. Every week, there’s something new promising to be the must-have for your kids—a whoosh of digital this, a flashy that, flashing lights and beeping sounds filling every room. But you don’t need to buy into the buzz— More stuff won’t make family life smoother or your kids happier. In fact, chasing every new fad can complicate life and even harm your children’s growth and relationships. So, make what is old new again. The endless competition to have the newest whatever sets kids against each other in ways that stunt their development. When children constantly compare what they have with what their friends have, jealousy creeps in. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That jealousy breeds resentment and can fracture friendships and sibling bonds. Instead of focusing on learning, playing, or growing, kids get trapped in “who has more” or “who’s cooler” contests. This distracts them from curiosity, collaboration, and creativity—skills they desperately need. Take sports for example. If your child is so caught up in beating others at every score or owning the trendiest sports gear, they risk losing the joy of the game and why it matters: improving themselves. Or think about academics. Competition based on grades alone can crush a child’s willingness to learn for the sake of understanding. And socially? Kids might exclude peers who don’t have the latest tech or toys, reinforcing harmful divisions based on material things. But what if there was another way? What if parents flipped the script and made what is old new again? Instead of adding more “stuff” to the mix, why not use what you already have—reignite the magic in classic toys, games, and simple activities? The K.I.S.S. ~ Reignite the magic! Here are three ways parents can do exactly that: Reimagine Classic Play Pull out those board games tucked away in the closet. Dust off puzzles or bring out building blocks and Legos. Challenge your kids to create stories or build worlds from scratch with what’s on hand instead of relying on apps and screens. Turn an old cardboard box into a spaceship or fort. When kids reengage with these timeless toys, they’re using creativity and problem-solving muscles that no screen can replace. Create Tech-Free Family Traditions Reintroduction of simple rituals like family game night, backyard camping, or cooking recipes handed down through generations makes old experiences fresh and meaningful. These traditions encourage togetherness, conversation, and laughter. They give kids a break from comparison culture, reducing anxiety and distracting conflicts. Involve Kids in Upcycling and DIY Projects Instead of buying new, get crafty with your kids. Turn old T-shirts into tote bags, repaint furniture, or even make your own simple toys. This teaches resourcefulness and pride in making something valuable from what most would toss aside. More importantly, it shifts the focus from consumption to creation. When parents stop chasing the latest trends and start rekindling interest in what’s already around, kids learn there is immense value in imagination, relationships, and resourcefulness. Making what is old new again is not about limiting your child; it’s about giving them the tools they truly need to grow—tools that don’t require an upgrade every season. There is hope here. Being creative and intentional with what your kids have—and what they actually need—makes space for real growth through every stage of childhood. So next time you feel the pull to buy the latest toy or gadget, pause. Ask yourself: What can we rediscover together? The answer might be sitting right under your nose, waiting to be the new old favorite. You’ve got this. Let’s make what is old new again. "Be present. Be incredible. How often do we actually slow down in order to speed up? It’s a simple question, but the answer rarely comes easy. Our lives move with a relentless pace—filled with endless to-do lists, deadlines, and digital distractions. But what if the key to gaining momentum wasn’t charging forward with more force, but rather pausing long enough to breathe deeply, to chase butterflies, to watch the sunset, or to simply stare at the stars? In the wake of your day, start with a smile! Imagine for a moment slowing down just enough to truly see the world around you. Maybe, just maybe, life would stop feeling so impossible. The weight of desperation might ease. In the wake of your day—the moments trailing after the chaos—start with a smile. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com I know how simple that sounds. It’s almost cliché. But here’s the brutal truth: very few people actually wake up with a smile on their face. Studies show that nearly 55% of adults report waking up feeling stressed or anxious rather than refreshed or happy. We rush straight from slumber into the grind, conditioned to brace ourselves for the challenges ahead rather than greet the day with warmth. But what happens when you take that silly frown and turn it upside down? Oops—there comes a smile. You might feel a flicker of awkwardness at first, like you’re pretending. But that smile does more than change your facial muscles. It changes your mood, your mindset, even your energy. And that ripple effect doesn’t stop with you; it reaches out to everyone you meet. The K.I.S.S. ~ Start with a smile! A smile is one of the easiest acts of defiance against a world that demands hustle and burnout. It’s a small, silent rebellion that says, “I will find peace here. I will choose joy.” It shifts tension, softens corners, and opens doors. So as you move through your day, in the wake of its storms and victories, start with that smile. Not because everything is perfect, but because you deserve to carry a little light with you—even if it’s just a grin. Try it tomorrow morning before you check your phone or dive into your inbox. See what happens when the day begins with something as simple as a smile. It might just be the reset button you didn’t know you needed. And if that feels impossible today, remember this is a practice, not a magic trick. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. In the wake of your day, start with a smile. In the Wake of Your Day by Kristianne Wargo When the sun spills gold and your breath feels too fast, pause— let the moments gather like dew on the edges of a quiet morning. Chase the butterfly’s wild dance, watch how the light folds slowly into the arms of the evening, and somewhere, beneath the vast, unspoken sky, a smile curls like a secret on the lips of time. Not forced, not borrowed— but born from the soft courage to be present, right here, right now. In the wake of your day, where the rush unwinds, choose the grace of a smile— a small, fierce hope that kindles the dark and asks only this: Will you begin again? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Why does healthy living feel like climbing a mountain for some while seeming like a gentle stroll for others? It can feel downright unfair. If only the journey to wellness came easy for everyone. But here’s the truth: it doesn’t—and it won’t. Because life is a series of choices, and every choice pushes you down one path or another—you get to decide. However, what happens when the hardest part is showing up? Yet, the hardest part for many isn’t the workout, the meal prep, or the “healthy habits” themselves. It is about showing up. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Think about it. You’ll move heaven and earth for your spouse, your kids, your career. You’ll tackle whatever challenges come your way to support others. But when it comes to standing in front of the mirror and taking action for yourself, sometimes all you see is exhaustion, frustration, or even tears. No fire. No fight. Healthy living isn’t just about calories in and calories out. For a lot of people, it’s a real battle—a mental and emotional war you didn’t sign up for. You gather your tools: meal plans, workout apps, motivational podcasts. But often, before you even start, defeat has already crept in. So, the question becomes: how do you get over yourself? How do you find a way to show up for the person looking back at you in that mirror so you can show up stronger for those you love? The K.I.S.S. ~ Champion yourself! Here are three practical things you can do to start showing up for yourself in your health journey: Break It Down to Micro-Actions Big goals are intimidating. “I want to lose 30 pounds” or “I’m going to finally be consistent with exercise” can feel paralyzing. Instead, identify the smallest possible action you can take today. It might be as simple as drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning or putting on your workout shoes. The point is to create momentum. Real example: Sarah couldn’t keep up with hour-long workouts, so she started walking 5 minutes a day around her block. That small win built confidence and eventually led to 30-minute walks and beyond. The feeling: Initially awkward and slow. Over time, empowering. This is your “showing up” muscle flexing. Reframe the Story You Tell Yourself Often, the battle is internal. The mirror reflects not just your body but your harsh self-judgment. Reframe that internal dialogue. Instead of “I’m too weak to do this” say, “I’m learning what works for me.” Jenna spent years hating her “failures” to stick to diets. When she shifted her mindset to curiosity—“What can this tell me about what I truly enjoy?”—her effort shifted from punishment to exploration. That transition feels uncomfortable; it’s rewiring the brain, but it’s necessary. Anchor Yourself to Your Why, Then Make It Visible When motivation wanes, you forget why you started. Write down your real reasons: for energy to play with your kids, to feel confident in your skin, to live longer for your family. Place that note where you’ll see it daily—on the fridge, bathroom mirror, phone wallpaper. Real example: Paul put his kids’ photos on his treadmill and told himself every step was for their future. Some days, it didn’t work—he still didn’t want to run. But the reminder nudged him to lace up anyway. Transitioning sounds like discipline wearing down resistance, brick by brick. Remember: your health is your wealth. Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit isn’t selfish—it’s the foundation for being the person your loved ones need. Showing up for yourself is the hardest battle, but it’s the one worth fighting every single day. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up. So, what’s your micro-action for today? What story will you rewrite? What note will you place in your world as a visible promise? Start there—and build from it. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Life isn’t meant to be this nonstop juggling act where you’re trying to master everything at once. Yet, too many of us fall into the trap of spreading ourselves too thin, losing sight of what actually matters. If you want to live intentionally—not just reacting to the chaos—you must keep it in context. Without that, you’re handing the reins over to confusion and overwhelm. You're going to find yourself in a pickle.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And while pickles might taste great on a sandwich, being stuck in a pickle won’t ever get you anywhere great. Nobody starts a journey thinking they’ll fail. Did you? When people go after what they know is theirs, they do so with focus and confidence, even if they don't know what they don't know. They try with confidence. That single-minded drive is why the world has Nobel laureates, breakthrough technologies, advancements in science and medicine, and you cannot forget innovations like the automobiles and airplanes we rely on daily. They didn’t fixate on every possible obstacle or exaggerate problems into crises. They treated challenges as what they really are—steps in the process. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep it in context! When life hits you hard—and it will—pause. Take a deep breath. Keep what’s happening in perspective. Don't blow things out of proportion, but don’t dismiss them either. Learning resilience means acknowledging your current position without losing sight of your destination or your ability to get there. You're destined for greatness!  But if you want to stay stuck, caught in the same place doing the same thing, then that's where you'll remain. Here’s the truth that no one else can do for you: the only person who can get you unstuck is you. No one else will fight your battles or make the tough decisions for you. That’s not a weight to dread; it’s a power to claim. Keep it in context. Stay focused on the path that matters. And when distractions, setbacks, or doubts creep in, remind yourself: you’re not here to sit in a pickle—you’re here to own your greatness; become who God is creating you to be! "Be present. Life has a way of knocking us off balance. Whether it’s the crushing pressure to succeed or the nagging fear of failure, stress shows up like an uninvited guest shaking the foundation of your day. Most of us just try to survive—burning the candle at both ends, pushing past warning signs, pretending we’re built to run nonstop. But that’s a fast track to burnout. So, how do you actually untangle that stress and create calm in a chaotic world? Living a stress-filled day feels like running on a treadmill that won’t stop—your mind racing, heart pounding, and muscles tight with no relief in sight. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every task becomes a mountain, every interruption a jolt, and every expectation a weight pressing down on your chest. Your thoughts spiral between what’s urgent and what’s unfinished, while sleep feels like a distant luxury. Anxiety claws at the edges of your focus, leaving you exhausted yet restless, busy but stuck. In this relentless state, calm feels impossible—not because the world is overwhelmingly chaotic, but because your own energy is stretched too thin to find stillness. That kind of constant pressure isn’t just draining—it’s destructive. When you live like this day after day, your body and mind send warning signals you can’t ignore: burnout, irritability, and a creeping sense of defeat. But here’s the truth few admit—calm doesn’t come from escaping the chaos. It comes from showing up, setting boundaries, and choosing small, deliberate actions that reclaim your peace. Creating calm in a chaotic world means turning down the volume on the noise inside and out, and building rituals that anchor you no matter what storms blow through. It’s a daily choice to refuse overwhelm and take back control of your life. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create calm in a chaotic world! Let’s cut through the fluff. Managing stress isn’t about quick fixes or snoozing away your problems. It requires honesty, boundaries, and real action. Here are three no-nonsense moves you need to make: 1. Stop Pushing Past Your Limits Like It’s a Badge of Honor You’re not lazy if you hit your breaking point—you’re human. Far too often, people confuse grinding nonstop with being productive or dedicated. Spoiler: it’s not. It’s a destructive cycle that leaves you exhausted and ineffective. The truth is, your season changes. Some days demand hustle, others demand rest. Learning to recognize and respect your limits is non-negotiable. Example: If you work 12+ hour days without a break five days a week, your stress is a ticking time bomb. Set a hard stop time every evening. No emails after 7 PM. Use that time to unwind—read, take a walk, or just breathe without screens. This isn’t optional self-care fluff—it’s survival. 2. Draw Boundaries Like Your Sanity Depends on It (Because It Does) Stress thrives when your days have no structure and every demand feels urgent. Boundaries aren’t just polite suggestions—they are your life jacket in the sea of chaos. Saying “no” is your right, not a sin. Stop overloading your schedule with everything and everyone else’s priorities. Example: If every weekend is swallowed up by favors, errands, and work catch-up, stop volunteering for everything. Block Sunday afternoons for yourself. Inform your family, friends, and colleagues: this time is non-negotiable. If your gut says “I can’t say no,” that’s the stress talking. Push through. Setting boundaries is how you reclaim control. 3. Build a Ritual to Reset—Relentlessly and Without Excuses Stress doesn’t vanish overnight. You need rituals that reboot your mind and body daily, regardless of how packed your schedule is. This isn’t meditation if it feels like a chore—it’s a tool, like your phone or coffee. Without these reset points, you’re running on empty every day. Example: Before bed, ban screens for at least 30 minutes. Use that time to journal, stretch, or breathe deeply. Yes, even if you think you “don’t have time.” Your brain and nervous system need these signals to shut down and recover. No ritual? Then stress compounds. A simple 5-minute evening ritual to quiet your mind will pay off in energy and focus. A Daily Reckoning by Kristianne Wargo I used to wear my chaos proud, like armor forged from sleepless nights— each frantic breath a battle cry, each cracked smile proof I survived the fight. But there’s no glory in burning out, no crown for pushing past the edge— just a hollow, tight-knotted grief where peace should settle on my chest. So today, I set a line in sand, not a whisper but a roar: This hour is mine, no theft allowed, No guilt to keep me wanting more. I honor tired bones and a restless mind, not as weakness but as truth— a fierce and honest reckoning, the only way back to youth where calm lives not in hiding, But in claiming who I am, without excuses or apology, just the fierce strength to stand. Each day I learn to say no, not to break but to defend— to hold my soul, my time, my heart, until the chaos ends. This is my daily prayer and promise: to untangle with brave hands, to meet myself with gentle strength, and rise renewed from every flame. Bottom line: Stress isn’t going anywhere, but you can learn to manage it instead of letting it manage you. Start by respecting your limits, fiercely protecting your time, and using daily rituals to reset. This is where calm isn’t a fantasy—it’s a choice your future self will thank you for. Let’s be real: none of this is easy. But it’s necessary. The sooner you take these honest steps, the quicker you take back your life from stress. No more unraveling. It’s time to live intentionally—even in the chaos. My Daily Declaration of Strength and Hope Today, I honor my limits without shame, trusting that God’s grace is enough. I give myself permission to rest and protect my energy, knowing He renews my soul. I refuse to wear burnout as a badge because His strength carries me beyond my own. I choose boundaries as my shield and freedom as my gift from above. I am not weak for saying no—I am strong because God’s power works through me. I say yes to what truly matters: His peace, my sanity, and the life He’s given me. I will meet my stress with honest kindness, untangling it one steady breath at a time, held firm by His promises. I am capable of calm in the chaos, worthy of quiet moments and big dreams, because He makes all things new. Each day, I rise renewed and hopeful, ready to face what comes— not just in spite of my limits, but because God’s love upholds me. This is my promise, my power, my sacred path forward. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3841 God Is At Work

3841 God Is At Work

2025-10-0510:46

When life gets tough, it’s easy to convince ourselves that we’ve got it all figured out—that we know the way forward, and all we have to do is maintain control. But then, life happens. The nights drag on too long, and the days feel way too short. Stress piles up, challenges overwhelm, and the C-R-A-P of life—challenges, rejections, adversities, problems—grabs hold. So how do you find the strength to keep going, to find hope when hope feels miles away? The answer is simple but powerful: you are not in control. God is. And God is at work. Trusting God Amid the Chaos It’s not just a feel-good idea; it’s built deep into Scripture. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We don’t have to understand every twist and turn. We don’t have to hold every piece of the puzzle. When we lean on our own understanding, life feels chaotic, confusing, and overwhelming. But when we put our trust in God, He promises to guide us—even through the darkest valleys. Isaiah 41:10 encourages us with a direct promise: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” God’s work is always present, even when circumstances scream otherwise. A Biblical Example: Joseph’s Story If you want the clearest example of how God is always at work, look no further than Joseph. Sold into slavery by his own brothers, jailed on false charges, and seemingly forgotten in prison, Joseph’s circumstances screamed failure and defeat. But God was at work through all of it. Genesis 50:20 sums it up perfectly with Joseph’s own words: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” God’s plan was bigger than Joseph’s pain. He was weaving redemption and provision through every trial. Joseph’s story reminds us that no matter how deep the pit, God is at work—using even the hard and broken moments to carry out a greater purpose. The K.I.S.S. ~ God is at work! Seeking God Every Day Every day, we need to turn to our Heavenly Father. Life may demand breath and energy, but God is the source of both. Psalm 118:24 declares, “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” Breath, life, joy, hope—they all come from God. When you wake up feeling worn out or overwhelmed, that’s your signal to seek Him first. Ask for strength, guidance, and peace. Don’t wait for your circumstances to improve before you come to Him; go to God in the hard moments, the good moments, and everything in between. Conclusion: Let Go and Let God Move Tough seasons won’t last forever. The nights will shorten, the days will grow brighter, and your story will continue. But the one constant is this: God is at work. You’re not alone. You’re not lost. You’re not forgotten. Let go of the illusion that you’re in control, and take hold of the unshakable truth that God is working it all out on your behalf. That’s not just comforting words; it’s the life-giving reality that anchors us through every storm. God is always at work in the middle of your mess.  "Be present. Be incredible. Marriage isn’t a fairy tale where two perfect people glide through life wrapped in eternal joy. It’s a daily dance between two imperfect humans trying to build a shared life. Disagreements and arguments? They’re going to happen. No amount of love songs or romantic dinners will erase that reality. However, even though you won't like everything your spouse says or does, you can still love well when you disagree. The real challenge isn’t avoiding conflict—it’s how you handle it without tearing each other down. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here’s the brutal truth: if you don’t make a conscious choice to love well when you disagree, you will create nothing but damage. Daily fights grind away any chance for healing deeper wounds and chip away at the foundation of your partnership. But when you choose to show up in love despite conflict, that imperfect marriage suddenly looks a little more like perfect. Why does marriage feel so rocky? Because it pairs two flawed people who want a flawless life together. That’s a mismatch destined for bumps.  But here’s the catch—the imperfect marriage can be a strong, healthy union if both partners commit to one simple but hard idea: love each other not because of what you get in return, but because of what you give. Love is an act of service, especially when things aren’t easy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Love well! So how do you love well when you disagree? Here are three things every spouse can do right now: Stop obsessing over the fear of divorce when you fight. Constantly worrying about “Is this the fight that breaks us?” only fuels anxiety and distance. Recognize that arguments don’t signal the end—they are a normal part of two people living deeply intertwined lives. See your spouse as a human being with flaws, hopes, and fears, not as an enemy or a threat to your security. Pause to really See Your Spouse where they are today. When tempers flare, it’s easy to forget your partner is more than the sum of their words in that moment. Instead of attacking or withdrawing, try to understand the heart behind their disagreement. What vulnerability, frustration, or unmet need is driving their stance? When you look beyond the surface, you open a door to empathy instead of escalation. Choose Service over Self-interest, every single time. Love isn’t about winning or being right. It’s about showing up with generosity and patience—even when it stings. This might mean setting aside your pride to listen or swallowing your immediate reaction to respond kindly. When you put your spouse’s well-being above your own need to be “right,” you foster safety and trust that survive any disagreement. Yes, marriage is tough. But it also holds the potential for profound growth—if you refuse to let fights define your story. Loving well when you disagree isn’t a feeling; it’s a decision you make again and again. Don’t sell your union short by holding onto fear or resentment. Instead, see your spouse for who they really are and love them right where they're at—even when you disagree. Because in the end, that’s what makes all the difference—to love well! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Parenting is supposed to be a joyful, rewarding journey, right? Yet sometimes, it feels like everything unravels in a single moment—a meltdown here, a tantrum there, and before you know it, you’re the one breaking down, wondering where the clarity and calm went. Why does it have to feel so good and so chaotic all at once? When you're feeling lost, without direction, there is still hope. Maybe today doesn't look the same as you imagined when you held your child in your arms for the first time. But the feeling of not knowing doesn't mean you don't know.  We get trapped under the weight of expectations, convinced that parenting means giving our kids the world—all the classes, activities, and “extra-curriculars.” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Yes, you heard right: extra! These extras pile up until the load feels crushing. And guess what? Your kids don’t always need all those extras. Sometimes less is more. Perhaps slowing down, cutting back, and finding room for fun and laughter can restore the spark in your family. So why do we try to do it all while feeling disconnected, off-course, and overwhelmed? Because we’re afraid missing out means failing. But in reality, what’s truly essential isn’t a packed calendar; it’s connection, presence, and yes, moments of lightness. When the chaos is at its peak and you feel lost, try leaning into humor instead of complaint. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lean into laughter! Laughter doesn’t solve everything—but it can cut through tension and remind us that parenting is messy, unpredictable, and human. How do you find that humor and bring it back to your family when you’re spinning with no clear direction? Here are three ways: 1. Celebrate the Small Wins (and the Silly Ones) Catch yourself in those moments where something almost disastrous turns out okay—or where your kid does something unexpectedly funny or sweet. Share those wins with your family. Saying out loud, “Well, we didn’t break anything today!” or laughing over a hilarious mishap can shift the mood. It rewires your brain to see progress and joy instead of only stress. 2. Create a “Goofy Ritual” Build a simple, silly routine that gets everyone giggling. It could be a goofy dance at breakfast, a joke of the day, or an outrageous bedtime story twist. Rituals like these give your family a shared moment to breathe and reset. Plus, they build memories that matter far more than the extras on the schedule. 3. Give Yourself Permission to Step Back You don’t have to be a perfect parent or run a perfect household. Taking breaks, telling yourself this is hard, and even making fun of your own mistakes can lighten the mental load. When you model this kind of self-kindness, your kids learn it too. You’re teaching resilience—without the pressure of perfection. Feeling lost isn’t failure. It’s a sign to pause, laugh, and realign with what really feeds your family’s soul. The extra-curriculars aren’t the core—they’re optional add-ons. Connection, presence, and humor? That’s what keeps the family boat afloat. So, when the meltdowns come—and they will—remember: the chaos doesn’t define you. Your ability to find a little laughter amidst the mess does. You’re not lost. You’re exactly where you need to be. Now go create the kind of family life you actually want—not just the one you think you should have. "Be present. Be incredible. Why do we limit ourselves to what’s familiar — what we already know how to do or what feels possible based on our past? If we live only within these narrow lines, we resign ourselves to a world with no moon landings, no airplanes, no electricity, no hover-craft mobiles. We settle for the ordinary because it feels safe, but safety does not write history. Risk does. Life is meant for bold choices. It’s meant to stare at opportunities that seem out of reach and step into the impossible. Because isn’t that what dreams are for? If everyone stuck to the “possible,” progress would grind to a halt. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The airplane wasn’t invented because someone figured out how to fly a hundred years ago—it was born because someone dared to believe flying was possible, even when everyone else said no. Electricity. Space travel. Smartphones. None of these breakthroughs came from staying inside comfort zones. They happened because people were willing to believe in something beyond what was “done.” And here’s the truth that makes you amazing: you carry dreams, ideas, and experiences that can take you places you’ve never been—and maybe no one else has ever imagined. What if you lived every day with the mindset to step into the impossible? The K.I.S.S. ~ Step into the impossible! The result would be nothing short of spectacular. You are made for something greater than mere survival or quiet routine. You were made for more. No less, but more. The spark inside you is a call to take a chance, to embrace the fear that comes with risk, and to boldly step into what feels impossible. Don’t settle for what’s easy or safe. Why bother with supplements at all? Because let’s get real: supplements aren’t magic pills, but the right ones can seriously boost your health when used wisely alongside a well-balanced, solid diet. Think of supplements as the tactical support in your wellness workout — not the whole team. As you know, even the best meal plans sometimes miss key nutrients due to food choices, soil quality, or lifestyle factors.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Plus, when seasons shift, your body faces new challenges—temperature swings, reduced sunlight, and shifting allergies. That’s when smart supplementation steps in to fill gaps and keep you firing on all cylinders, performing at your best. As summer leaves turn to fall, your system needs a little extra armor. The K.I.S.S. ~ Armor up! Here's where to focus: Vitamin D: Less daylight means less natural vitamin D production in your skin. This vitamin is crucial for immune health, mood stability, and bone strength. A quality D3 supplement is often essential once the sun starts clocking out early. Vitamin C: Immune system MVP. It’s antioxidant-rich and supports your body in fighting off seasonal bugs. A steady supply can reduce the intensity and duration of colds that tend to spike in cooler months. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: These healthy fats found in fish oil or algae supplements help keep inflammation down and support brain function. Fall and winter often bring more joint stiffness and brain fog—both can benefit from omega-3 support. Probiotics: Gut health affects everything from digestion to immunity. Seasonal shifts can mess with your gut flora. A targeted probiotic can maintain balance and keep your digestive system functioning optimally. Magnesium: Stress, sleep challenges, and muscle tension frequently increase as routines change. Magnesium calms the nervous system, improves sleep quality, and supports muscle recovery. Bottom line: without a careful approach to supplementation, you risk being caught off guard by seasonal shifts. The right supplements, paired with a balanced diet, give you a serious edge to stay healthy, energized, and resilient. So, don’t wait for the sniffles or sluggish afternoons. Pick your supplements like you pick your battles—with precision and purpose. Your body deserves strategic support, not random guesswork. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3836 Talk It Out!

3836 Talk It Out!

2025-09-3009:00

What are you doing that needs to stop? And more importantly, what are you not doing yet that needs to start? In the whirlwind of daily tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and endless to-dos, it’s easy to get tangled in your own thoughts — so tangled that you lose sight of what actually matters this season. So, let's get a little crazy: talk it out! And not to anyone else, just yourself!  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Because when you vocalize your worries, plans, frustrations, and ideas, you give yourself the chance to hear your thoughts clearly. It’s not just noise — it’s a powerful way to process what’s really happening inside and around you. Saying things aloud removes the fog. It lets you see what’s on track, what’s dragging, and what’s holding you back. More importantly, it frees you from the pressure to pretend you have it all together or that you have to face challenges silently. Talk it out! And that doesn’t mean you need a crowd or a formal therapy session. It can be as simple as speaking into your own space, in the car, or with a trusted friend, coach, or colleague who will listen without judgment. When you allow yourself to put words to your struggles and victories, you reclaim control over them, and that in itself can feel calming. Then, you can begin to untangle confusion and replace it with action. The K.I.S.S. ~ Talk it out! Think about this: Have you ever felt like you're not good enough? Well, this verbal processing stops you from shrinking back. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or doubting your abilities, hearing your own voice assert what’s next can be surprisingly motivating. You tell yourself you can do it — because you just did. Don’t overcomplicate the situation or the circumstances you’re working through. The goal isn’t to solve everything right now; it’s simply to clarify and move forward. Remember, progress is built one step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness.” ~ Kristianne Wargo So, what’s your next step? Stop silently spinning and start talking it out. You’re created for more. Say it out loud, and then take that step. Talk it out now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3835 Go the Distance!

3835 Go the Distance!

2025-09-2921:56

Now won’t wait. Don’t be late! Go the distance! The moment is here — you cannot wait on now. You must show up. You must be present. You must understand the call on your life and what it requires of you. Too many people stall, held back by excuses and distractions that steal precious time and energy. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But dreams don’t wait for the “right moment,” and neither will the purpose laid out for you. The call on your life insists on urgent action. Don’t give up. Don’t fall into the trap of “not yet” or “later.” Those are lies disguised as safety nets. The real risk is giving up on what you are meant to do — the dreams and impact only you can deliver. Here’s a question you need to answer: Who do you need to reach today so you can teach them what only you know? Your gift, your experience, your voice — someone out there needs it. Don’t hold back. The K.I.S.S. ~ Go the distance! And if you’re wondering how to go the distance, here are three no-nonsense steps to get you moving: Show up consistently. Every day you decide to arrive, to put in the work, you’re one step closer to the finish line. It’s the habit of presence that breeds stamina. Share your gifts boldly. What you think might be your Plan B may be your Plan A, your true calling. Stop minimizing your talents. The world needs what you have — your unique skills, your story, your perspective. Embrace the hard parts. Going the distance isn’t always comfortable. Hardships aren’t obstacles; they are tests proving you belong in the game. Don’t settle for what’s easy. Your breakthrough lies beyond the struggle. So dig in. Are you giving up because the path got tough? Are you making room for what comes easy instead of being a living legacy and impacting the world you touch? Life isn’t about “easy peasy” — it’s about grit, endurance, and commitment. “The greatest gift can only be received if it’s given.” ~ Kristianne Wargo You must give your best to receive your best. Holding back your talents only robs you of the miles of greatness and the people waiting for you. Go the distance. The time is now. No waiting, no hesitation. Show up fully and finish what God has started in your heart. Go the distance!  "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3834 I Sought the Lord

3834 I Sought the Lord

2025-09-2819:55

Life can have us wandering in the forest of fears, where everything is dark and dingy, no light to develop hope within. But there, in the moment, "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears (Psalm 34:4)." Life often feels like wandering through a dark, tangled forest. Every rustle sounds like a threat, shadows stretch out as fears, and the path ahead is hidden in gloom. It’s a place where hope seems impossible to grow, and peace feels miles away. Yet in that very darkness, a powerful truth shines through Psalm 34:4: “I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Why does it take a “911” moment—the kind that shakes us to our core—before we turn our eyes upward to our heavenly Father? The answer lies in the nature of our hearts. God is not a last resort; He is always present, always attentive. But our stubborn minds and unwillingness to surrender keep us tangled in fears and doubts. We pretend we can navigate the forest alone, forgetting to ask for the guide who knows every path. The problem isn’t God’s absence; it’s our refusal to seek Him first. When fear rises, it often blinds us to the fact that we belong to someone far greater than our worries. That’s when we stray, lost and overwhelmed. The K.I.S.S. ~ Seek the Lord! But here’s the promise: you no longer have to live in fear—whether it’s fear of what has happened or what might happen. Jesus said in Matthew 7:7, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” The invitation is simple and clear—reach out, and God will respond. Whether you realize it or not, God’s got you in His hands. He won’t let go, even if you resist. But He offers more than safety; He wants a relationship with you. He wants to share your life, guide your steps, and carry your burdens. So today, stop wandering in the forest of fears. Open your heart. Ask to hear His voice. Seek Him with everything you have, and be amazed at the grace God extends and the path in which He leads you. God is ready. Are you? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? When we think of marriage, not many people think of getting it right. It's more about what we do wrong. But what if we could pinpoint some of the key ones that would shift the relationship? What the "F" do we need in marriage? These key concepts aren’t just nice ideas; they are foundational to building a resilient, loving partnership that aligns with what God desires for marriage. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And I'm sure you're thinking: What F-bomb are you referring to? Well, more to come on that. But first things first. Marriage is a beautiful gift. Treat it well, and your heart will overflow. Let’s explore these ten “F” words vital to your marital success, with practical examples and scriptural wisdom. The K.I.S.S. ~ The "F's" in marriage! 1. Faithfulness Being faithful means staying loyal and committed to your spouse, no matter what challenges arise. It’s more than just physical faithfulness—it’s about emotional and spiritual loyalty as well. Example: Prioritize honesty even when it’s hard, and protect your marriage from distractions or temptations. Scripture: “Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled.” (Hebrews 13:4) 2. Forgiveness No one is perfect. Forgiveness is the key to healing wounds and rebuilding trust after mistakes. Holding grudges only builds walls. Example: When your spouse hurts you—intentionally or not—choose to forgive quickly instead of replaying the offense. Scripture: “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32) 3. Friendship A strong marriage thrives on deep friendship—shared interests, respect, and genuine care beyond romance. Example: Spend time doing things you both enjoy and engage in meaningful conversations regularly. Scripture: “A friend loves at all times.” (Proverbs 17:17) 4. Flexibility Life throws curveballs, and the ability to adapt with grace keeps a marriage stable. Rigidity leads to conflict. Example: Be willing to change plans, roles, or expectations when circumstances require it. Scripture: “Love is patient and kind; love does not insist on its own way.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5) 5. Focus Healthy marriages require attention and intention. Focus means choosing your spouse daily, even amidst distractions. Example: Put away phones and distractions and carve out dedicated time to connect. Scripture: “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” (Colossians 3:2) 6. Fun Joy and laughter aren’t optional—they’re essential. Fun keeps the spark alive and strengthens the bond. Example: Plan date nights, be silly together, and never underestimate the power of laughter. Scripture: “A joyful heart is good medicine.” (Proverbs 17:22) 7. Fairness Marriage thrives on balance, respect, and equality—not keeping score or power struggles. Example: Share responsibilities and honor each other’s needs and contributions. Scripture: “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” (Philippians 2:3) 8. Feeling Emotional openness and vulnerability create intimacy and understanding. Hide nothing that matters. Example: Express your hurts, hopes, and appreciation honestly and listen deeply when your spouse does the same. Scripture: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.” (Romans 12:15) 9. Facilitation Marriage is about helping each other grow toward the best versions of yourselves. Facilitation means enabling your spouse’s success and happiness. Example: Encourage your spouse’s dreams, support their growth, and navigate challenges side-by-side. Scripture: “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17) 10. Faith Finally, faith in God and in your marriage’s purpose gives strength beyond what you can supply on your own. Example: Pray together, seek God’s guidance, and hold your marriage as a sacred covenant. Scripture: “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.” (Ecclesiastes 4:12) Marriage is no accident—it’s a deliberate, daily choice to love, serve, and grow together, because you're better together. These “F” words provide a clear roadmap to build a bond that lasts a lifetime. When practiced faithfully, your marriage will not only survive—it will thrive, blessing both your hearts and reflecting God’s divine design. You’ve got a beautiful gift. Treat it well, and watch your heart overflow. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? How much of your time is spent building your dream or business versus building your family? It’s not a question most of us ask ourselves often enough. But this is exactly the question we need to start facing head on—because you only get one chance with your children. Your kids don’t care about the size of the empire you’re building. What they do care about is whether you’re there—truly present—when they’re running around outside, playing their favorite games, or sitting across the dinner table sharing a meal.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com They notice if you show up at their practice, if you listen when they talk, if you really see them. None of your business wins will fill the spaces where your presence should have been. I recently came across a powerful reminder from my friend, mentor, and coach, Aaron Walker. He was addressing men specifically, but this message rings true for women and all parents. Awareness of how we show up for our children is crucial—not just for their happiness today, but for their long-term success. Consider this: We can grind in our businesses all day long, but our children are only in our lives, under our roof, for roughly 6,935 days. This isn’t a number to scare you, but to sharpen your focus. We owe it to ourselves—and more importantly to them—to set boundaries. Boundaries are not to restrict our kids, but to protect ourselves and the moments that can never be recaptured. The K.I.S.S. ~ Set sacred boundaries! What sacred boundaries can parents put in place right now to protect their family time? Here are three non-negotiables: Set a Hard Stop — Decide on a clear time when work ends each day. No exceptions, no excuses. This signals to your family that your attention is theirs to have. Protect the Dinner Table — Make mealtimes sacred zones free from screens, emails, and distractions. This is where connections happen and conversations build trust. Sabbath Rest — Reserve at least one day or evening for complete rest and family focus. A day off work isn’t just good for you; it’s essential for your family’s rhythm and well-being. Ask yourself these tough questions regularly: Did my family get the best version of me today, or just the leftovers? Am I guarding moments that my business cannot touch? And if I asked my kids, would they feel like I truly care about them, or that I care more about what I do? Parenting demands daily effort and energy—a commitment to consistently show up and build up the hearts that matter most. Don’t waste this once-in-a-lifetime chance. Your children aren’t just part of your life; they are your life’s most important work. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Every day, distractions and demands pull you in every direction but the one that truly matters—your own calling. It’s easy to fill your schedule with “important” tasks that aren’t really yours to shoulder, surrendering your time and energy to other people’s priorities. But here’s the hard truth: if you don’t own your hours, someone else will—and that leaves your heart neglected. So scale your hours to honor your heart. Because when do you stop kidding yourself and admit to what’s really going on? When do you take control of your time and learn to scale your hours in a way that honors what’s inside you? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Honestly, that’s what counts. You’re not a clone. You were designed with unique gifts, a specific rhythm, and a purpose that only you can fulfill. No one else can give the way you were created to give. Yet, too often, you stay trapped “holding down the fort” built on others’ rules, their timelines, and their expectations. It’s time to put your own stake in the ground. It’s time to stand for what matters to you, not what “should” matter to someone else. The K.I.S.S. ~ Scale your hours to honor your heart! Scaling your hours isn’t about squeezing more tasks into the day or hustling yourself into exhaustion. It’s about saying no to distractions, commitments, and the distractions that don’t align with your true mission. It’s about carving out time to serve the work and the people that light your fire—and yes, that means honoring the calling God placed on your life. When you intentionally design your day, your week, your hours—with the goal of honoring your heart and your Creator—you step into a different kind of success. One measured not by busyness or burnout, but by peace, fulfillment, and impact. Don’t wait for the crisis that forces you to stop. Don’t let the noise drown your voice. "Take ownership of your time with courage and conviction. Scale your hours to honor your heart—and do so in a way that glorifies God’s divine design for your life." ~ Kristianne Wargo That’s the kind of life worth living; a living legacy. "Be present.
