As the final week of the year dawns upon us, it serves as a poignant reminder to pause and reflect on the journey we have experienced. Rest and recharge for a reflection of what is and what's to come. Just as the old year fades into the horizon, the new year beckons, brimming with endless possibilities and promises. It is a time to recharge our souls, reconnect with who we are and who we are becoming, and renew our commitment to the path that lies ahead. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is easy to lose sight of the divine plans that God has intricately woven for each of us. The Book of Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, " plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We don't know what's around the corner, but we do know that God's in control, especially when we feel out of control. Whatever you face today and through all your tomorrows, God's got you!!! The K.I.S.S. ~ Reflect on what is and what's to come! Amidst the holiday cheer and celebratory fervor, let us take this moment to seek solace in the quietude of our hearts. In these fleeting days of the year, carve out time for prayer, meditation, and reflection. Allow God's guiding light to illuminate your path and lead you toward fulfilling His divine purpose for your life. In other words, don't be so stubborn. Look toward the days ahead with hope and anticipation, a determination that can come only from God. As we bid adieu to the old year and herald the arrival of a new dawn, let us do so with hope in our hearts and faith in the unseen. Let us envision a future filled with promise, opportunities, and moments of grace. Remember that in God's perfect timing, all things come to fruition, and His plans for us are greater than we can ever imagine. So, as I, too, take a few days to usher in the New Year and reflect on what is and what's to come, let me leave you with this sweet poem. REFLECT by Kristianne Wargo In the stillness of this sacred space, We pause to embrace God's divine grace. With hearts open and spirits light, We welcome the promise of a future bright.   As the old year gracefully takes its leave, We stand on the threshold of new dreams to weave. May hope be our guiding star, Leading us to destinations near and far.   In this moment of quiet reflection, We find strength in divine connection. Renewed, revitalized, and ready to soar, We step into the New Year, now and evermore.   Wishing you a joyous and blessed New Year filled with peace, prosperity, and purpose. And remember, I will be back in the New Year to embrace all that is and is to come. Mele Kalikimaka me ka Hau'oli Makahiki Hou! (Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in Hawaiian) "Be present. As we gather around in the warmth of the Christmas lights and the joy of the season, it's important to pause and remember the real reason for this season: embrace the true gift – the birth of Jesus Christ. In the midst of the shopping frenzy and holiday chaos, let us take a moment to reflect on the profound miracle of the Incarnation and the fulfillment of God's promise to send a Savior into the world. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  In the Gospel accounts of the Nativity in Matthew 1:18-25 and Luke 2:1-20, we are reminded of the humble circumstances surrounding the birth of Jesus. Luke 2:1-20 2 In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register. 4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. 8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” 13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” 15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.” 16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told. Born in a stable, wrapped in swaddling clothes, and laid in a manger, the Son of God entered the world in unprecedented humility. This act of divine love and sacrifice is a powerful reminder of God's unwavering commitment to His people. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the true gift! As we contemplate the significance of this event, we are also confronted with the reality that the arrival of Jesus Christ did not instantly solve all the world's problems. The gift of our Savior is a reminder that while we may still face struggles and imperfections in this life, we are not alone. Just as Mary and Joseph faced uncertainty and challenges, we, too, can find comfort and strength in knowing that God is with us. Imagine the emotions that Mary, the mother of Jesus, must have experienced as she cradled her newborn son in her arms. Despite being chosen for a profound purpose, Mary was undoubtedly filled with doubts and fears, just like many of us mothers today. Yet, in her obedience and faith, Mary embraced the gift of Jesus with open arms, trusting in God's plan for her life. Are you ready this season to embrace the true gift, trusting in God's plan for your life? "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11 You are called to carry the gift of Jesus in your heart and share it with the world around you. Whether through acts of kindness, words of encouragement, or gestures of love, you can reflect the light of Christ to those you encounter. Like Mary, let us approach each day with faith and grace, knowing that we are called to be bearers of God's love and mercy. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ this Christmas season, let us remember the true meaning of this joyous occasion. May we take inspiration from Mary, who embraced the gift of her Son with courage and humility. And may we, too, carry this precious gift in our hearts and share it with all those we meet, spreading the message of hope and redemption to a world in need. In embracing the true gift of Jesus Christ, we find solace, strength, and salvation. May His birth serve as a reminder of God's infinite love for us and His promise of eternal life. Let us continue to carry this gift in our hearts, knowing that we are called to be ambassadors of His grace and bearers of His light to a world in darkness. Let His light shine through your heart while you embrace the true gift of Jesus Christ. From my family to yours, Merry Christmas! "Be present. Be incredible. 3621 Lift Your Voice

3621 Lift Your Voice

2024-12-2411:11

Imagine if you spread the good news. How would that change your life? Because nowadays, it's easier to let the CRAP of life and the negative rise to the top. Make an impact today and lift your voice. Today is Christmas Eve! Amidst the final touches and rushes of people grabbing last-minute dinner ingredients and gifts, let's take a moment to reflect on the power of your voice and the impact it can have on the world around you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  Where negativity often takes center stage, it's important to remember the profound effect that spreading goodwill can have on us and those around us. In the midst of the chaos and challenges that life throws our way, it can be easy to get bogged down by the negativity that surrounds us. From news stories highlighting the worst of humanity to personal struggles that weigh heavily on our minds, it's all too common to feel overwhelmed by the CRAP (Challenges, Rejections, Adversities or Problems -OR- Conflicts, Rejections, Anxieties, or Pressures) of life. However, what if you made a conscious effort to lift your voice and spread goodwill instead? What if you chose to focus on the good news, the stories of hope and kindness that often go unnoticed? By intentionally choosing to amplify positivity and goodness, you not only transform your own outlook on life but also have the potential to inspire and uplift others in ways you may never realize. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lift your voice! The power of our voices is not to be underestimated. In the Bible, we are reminded of the importance of using our words for good. Proverbs 18:21 states, "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Our words have the ability to build others up or tear them down, to spread love or sow discord. By choosing to speak words of encouragement, kindness, and faith, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on those around you. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the ultimate example of love and selflessness, let us be inspired to follow in His footsteps and share that love with others. Just as His birth forever changed the world, imagine the difference you could make by choosing to change the world through your actions and words today. So, as you gather with loved ones this Christmas Eve and prepare for the joy of Christmas Day, remember the incredible power you hold in your voice. Lift it up with intention, spread positivity and hope, and watch as your words create ripples of change that reach far beyond what you could ever imagine. Let's make a difference, one word at a time. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3619 Love Came Down

3619 Love Came Down

2024-12-2208:59

With the tunes of the cheerful carols moderately playing in the background, it's all too easy to lose sight of the significance of Christmas. Beyond the gifts and decorations, a story of how love came down was born. In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, amidst the twinkling lights and cheerful carols, it's all too easy to lose sight of the profound significance of Christmas. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  This love came down from heaven as a tiny baby, born in a humble manger over two thousand years ago. John 3:16-17 captures the essence of this great love: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." This is truly the heart of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. The incarnation of Jesus Christ is a mystery and a marvel if you let your human logic take over. But what about your faith? The Almighty God, the Creator of the universe, chose to enter into His creation as a vulnerable, helpless infant. This act of humility and sacrifice is beyond human comprehension, yet it speaks volumes about the depths of God's love for us. In Jesus, we see love in action: love made tangible, love reaching out to embrace a broken and hurting world. The K.I.S.S. ~ Love came down! As we continue our journey through the season of Advent, it is a time to reflect on the divine love that came down to us in the form of a little baby. It is a love that knows no bounds, a love that is willing to go to any lengths to save and redeem humanity. It is a love that calls us to respond in kind—to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. So this Christmas, as we exchange gifts and share meals with loved ones, let us not forget the true reason for the season. Let us pause and ponder the miracle of the incarnation, the miracle of Love coming down from heaven to dwell among us. And may this wondrous love fill our hearts with joy, peace, and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Love came down that first Christmas night, and it continues to shine brightly in our lives today. May you always be reminded of the incredible love that was demonstrated through the birth of Jesus Christ, and may it inspire us to love others with the same selfless, sacrificial love. This Christmas, let us rejoice in the love that came down for us. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Twas the night before Christmas, as the hustle and bustle take center stage, it's easy for couples to get swept away in the chaos. Don't let who matters most to you fade; keep the spark alive in every way. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  In the spirit of fostering that connection, think outside the holiday norm. The K.I.S.S. ~ Think outside the holiday norm! Here are some creative ideas for couples to spend meaningful time together this holiday season. 1. Candlelit Dinner Date: Set aside an evening for a cozy candlelit dinner at home or a favorite restaurant. Take the time to savor a delicious meal and engage in heartfelt conversations. 2. DIY Gift Exchange: Rather than getting swept up in extravagant gifts, challenge each other to create personalized DIY gifts. It's a thoughtful way to show your love and creativity. 3. Holiday Movie Marathon: Cozy up on the couch with some hot cocoa and indulge in a holiday movie marathon. It's a simple yet intimate way to unwind and enjoy each other's company. 4. Remember, the moments we share with our loved ones are the true gifts of the season. Let's make this holiday one to cherish and remember for years to come. And now, a special rendition of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' for couples this Christmas (by Kristianne Wargo) Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be there.   But amidst all the presents and holiday cheer, Couples snuggled up, with their loved ones near. For the true magic of Christmas, they knew in their hearts, Was the love they shared, a bond never to part.   So this holiday season, remember the magic of togetherness, And cherish each moment, filled with love and gracefulness. As we turn the page to Christmas day, parents often face challenges that test their patience, resilience, and hope; the holiday that really means stress and anxiety for many. But what if you knew that it's good to be scared? Embracing fear can open up your heart to see more than what you think you see in the moment. It pushes and pulls you in all different directions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  In the rollercoaster journey of parenthood, there are moments that strike fear into the hearts of even the most seasoned moms and dads. It's in these moments of uncertainty and vulnerability that you get to choose how you want to grow and evolve as a parent. As I always say, "The right thing and the hard thing are the same thing." Now, that doesn't make it easier, yet it gives you a reality check as to where you are so you can make adjustments to where you need to go. Embracing fear allows you to confront the challenges head-on rather than shying away from them. "Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it." - Nelson Mandela The K.I.S.S. ~ It's good to be scared! I really want you to embrace that for yourself. Maybe that's the permission you need this holiday season to enjoy it more, to let your heart be present, not just your to-do list. Being a parent is undoubtedly one of the toughest jobs in the world. It requires patience, empathy, and a whole lot of courage. When faced with situations where our children push our buttons, test our limits, or make mistakes, it's easy to feel scared and overwhelmed. However, it's precisely in these moments that we have the chance to show up as the best version of ourselves. "Parenting is about growing up as much as it is about raising kids." ~ Kristianne Wargo Mom, it's time to embrace that fear because it's good to be scared. 1. Practice self-compassion: Remember that it's okay to feel scared and vulnerable as a parent. Be kind to yourself during challenging moments. 2. Seek support: Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist or coach for guidance and encouragement when you're feeling overwhelmed. 3. Embrace imperfection: Accept that parenting is a journey filled with ups and downs, and that making mistakes is a natural part of the process. As we navigate the holiday season and all the joys and challenges it brings, let's remember that it's good to be scared. But scared in a manner that serves! Embracing fear allows us to step into our power as parents, to grow, learn, and connect with our children in profound ways. So, this Christmas season, embrace your fears, lean into the discomfort, and give yourself permission to be immersed in growing as you emerge stronger and wiser with more hope than ever before. As the holiday season sweeps in with its flurry of activities and demands, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos and lose sight of what truly matters. Make this holiday different; embrace the magic of the season. Now I get how the pressure to create the perfect holiday experience can often lead to stress and overwhelm, leaving you feeling drained and disconnected from the magic of the season. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  However, amidst the hustle and bustle, there is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and redefine your approach to the holidays. Think about this: What if you were to reconnect with the essence of the season? The true essence of the holiday season lies not in the extravagance of decorations or the number of gifts under the tree, but in the joy of giving, the warmth of togetherness, and the spirit of love and compassion. This season is a time for reflection, gratitude, and spreading kindness to others. And what if you changed your perspective so you could change your experience? It's time to shift your perspective from one of stress and chaos to one of intention and mindfulness. Ask yourself, what does this season truly mean to you? How can you align your actions with your values and intentions to create a holiday experience that resonates with your heart? The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the magic of the season! Just because the world wants you to feel out of sorts doesn't mean your heart has to. Choose presence over presents! Seeing all the packages wrapped under the tree is beautiful; it's the jewels that ground the tree. But why let a world filled with materialism and consumerism get you all caught up in the frenzy of holiday shopping and gift-giving? If you have the time and the resources to put all those gifts under the tree, then by all means. However, don't forget about your presence. That is the best thing to ground any holiday. Quality time spent with loved ones, heartfelt conversations, and acts of kindness can often be more meaningful than any material gift. As the days grow shorter and the nights longer, let your light shine brightly for all to see. Embrace the magic of the season by being true to yourself, doing what matters most to your heart, and spreading joy wherever you go. Your authentic presence and genuine connections with others are the true gifts of the season. The holiday season offers us a precious opportunity to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, and embrace the magic of the season. "Be present. Be incredible. As the frosty winds of winter draw near, it's time to bundle up, brace ourselves, and embrace the transformative power of cold. You might want to be all snuggly and warm, but you should be dashing through the snow. I get it. The holiday season may be synonymous with cozy fires, warm blankets, and hot cocoa, but perhaps it's time to shift our perspective and see the beauty in the chill of winter. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  From invigorating our minds to revitalizing our bodies and uplifting our spirits, the cold has much to offer those daring enough to venture out into its wintry wonderland. The K.I.S.S. ~ Dashing through the snow! MIND 1. Clarity Amidst the Chill: The crisp, cold air has a way of sharpening our focus and clearing the mental fog that often clouds our thoughts. Breathing in the icy freshness can awaken our senses and invigorate our minds, providing a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. 2. Creativity in the Frost: There's something about the winter chill that sparks our creativity and inspires us to think outside the box. Whether it's sketching snowflakes on frost-covered windows or writing poetry as delicate as a snowflake, the cold can be a muse for our artistic endeavors. 3. Mindfulness in the Silence: As the world around us hunkers down under a blanket of snow, the stillness and serenity of winter can offer a moment of respite for our overworked minds. Embracing the quietude of the season can help us practice mindfulness and appreciate the simple beauty of the moment; be present! BODY 1. Energizing Cold Showers: While the thought of a cold shower may send shivers down your spine, the benefits are worth the initial shock. Cold showers have been shown to boost circulation, strengthen the immune system, and even improve mood, making them a refreshing way to kickstart your day. 2. Winter Workouts: Embrace the chill by taking your workout outdoors. Whether it's ice skating, snowshoeing, or even just building a snowman, getting active in the cold can burn more calories, improve endurance, and strengthen your body against the elements. 3. Spa-like Ice Treatments: Treat yourself to the invigorating benefits of cold therapy with an at-home ice facial or cryotherapy session. Cold treatments can reduce inflammation, tighten skin, and promote overall wellness, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. SPIRIT 1. Resilience in the Frost: Just as winter tests the resilience of nature, the cold can help us discover our own inner strength and endurance. Facing the chill head-on can build resilience, courage, and a sense of accomplishment as we navigate the challenges of the season. 2. Connection Through Coziness: As the temperature drops, we often find solace in the warmth of home and hearth. The cold can be a catalyst for creating cozy moments with loved ones, from snuggling up by the fire to sharing stories over a steaming cup of tea, deepening our connections and fostering a sense of community. 3. Joy in Simple Pleasures: In the midst of the holiday rush, the cold can remind us to slow down, savor the moment, and find joy in simple pleasures. Whether it's the beauty of a snowflake or the warmth of a hug, embracing the cold can help us appreciate the little things that bring light to our lives. So this holiday season, instead of shying away from the chill, dare to dash through the snow with open arms and an open heart. Embrace the transformative power of cold, and let its frosty embrace awaken your mind, revitalize your body, and uplift your spirit in ways you never imagined possible. "Be present. Be incredible. Too many times, we sell ourselves short. We leave our gifts and talents for others to walk all over, slowly giving in to our doubt and fear. What if you took yourself seriously and opened up the most incredible gift: you are the prize? We live in a world where self-doubt often overshadows true potential; it's time to embrace the fact that you are the prize. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? It is time to step into your greatness and showcase to yourself and to the world the true value you hold within. You can't let what you think about yourself hold you back. It's crucial to recognize your worth and acknowledge that you are created on purpose, for a purpose. And at times, you need to remind yourself that you are incredible! You are worthy of your dreams. You have talents that need to be shared.  "Don't hide yourself from the world because your shadow is bigger than your belief. Rise to the occasion and be who you are becoming." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Be who you are becoming! Here are three actionable steps to start embracing your inner prize: 1. Believe in Yourself: The foundation of recognizing your worth starts with believing in yourself. Trust your abilities, talents, and passions. "How you show up in life does matter.” ~ Kristianne Wargo By believing in yourself, you pave the way for others to see your true potential. 2. Take A.I.M. (Inspired Action): Don't let fear or self-doubt hinder you from taking inspired action towards your goals. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and push yourself out of your comfort zone. "The reflection you see has a lasting effect on your confidence and how you believe." ~ Kristianne Wargo By taking inspired action, you reaffirm your belief in your worth as the prize. 3. Cultivate Self-Confidence: Building self-confidence is a journey that requires practice and self-love. Surround yourself with positivity, set achievable goals, and celebrate more failures than successes. "You must realize your greatness within so others can see it, too." ~ Kristianne Wargo By cultivating self-confidence, you exude the essence of being the prize in every aspect of your life. What all this does is allow you to handle the C.R.A.P. in life, so you can enjoy the successes along the way It's time to embrace your uniqueness, showcase your talents, and remember that you are the prize. Now, you get to show others. Believe in yourself and inspire others to do the same. You are the prize – it's time to shine! "Be present. Be incredible. Hearts around the world are filled with anticipation and hope as we await the celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. In the hustle and bustle of holiday preparations, let us pause and reflect on the abundance of joy. A joy that only Jesus Christ can bring into our lives. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  In the Gospel of Luke, we are reminded of the shepherds who received the good news of great joy from the angels: "And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.'" (Luke 2:8-11) Like the shepherds, we too can experience great joy in knowing that Jesus came into this world to bring us salvation and eternal life. In the midst of our busy lives, let us take a moment to count our blessings and reflect on the abundant joy that God has graciously bestowed upon us. The K.I.S.S. ~ The abundance of joy! Think about the joy that fills your heart when you spend time with loved ones, when you witness acts of kindness and compassion, and when you feel the presence of God in your life. These moments of joy are reminders of God's faithfulness and love towards us. As we journey through this season of waiting and anticipating, let us cultivate an attitude of gratitude and thanksgiving. Let us be grateful for the gift of salvation, for the love of family and friends, and for the hope that Jesus brings into our lives. In the words of the apostle Paul, "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) May our hearts overflow with joy and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our Savior and experience the abundant blessings that come from knowing Him. Let us rejoice and be glad, for the joy of the Lord is our strength. May the light of Christ shine brightly in our lives this Christmas season and bring us peace, hope, and everlasting joy.  "Be present. Be incredible. The holiday season is upon us once again, signaling a time of joy, celebration, and cherished traditions. But for us parents, remove the stress of scheduling and lean into how holiday traditions become your child's routine. Amidst all the craziness, one way to find joy and create a sense of stability for your child is by turning holiday traditions into their routine. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  "When holiday traditions become your child's routine, it not only brings a sense of comfort and familiarity but also strengthens the family bond." ~ Kristianne Wargo If you want to add holiday traditions that help to stimulate your child's routine and keep them on point, all you need to do is build the calm in the comfort. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build the calm in the comfort! Here are three creative ways parents can make holiday traditions a part of their child's routine: 1. Create a Holiday Routine Chart: Design a visually appealing chart that outlines the different holiday traditions and activities your family will participate in. Involve your child in decorating the chart and have them place stickers or checkmarks next to each completed task. For example, if baking cookies is a tradition, have a designated day each week for cookie baking and involve your child in the process. This not only creates a sense of anticipation but also gives them a sense of accomplishment. "By creating a holiday routine chart, you are providing structure and predictability for your child, which can help reduce anxiety and enhance their overall holiday experience." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Incorporate Daily Rituals: Infuse holiday traditions into your child's daily routine to make them feel special and festive throughout the season. For instance, start each morning with a holiday-themed breakfast or end the day by reading a Christmas story together. These simple rituals create lasting memories and instill a sense of togetherness. "Daily rituals help children anchor their day and create a sense of security. By incorporating holiday traditions into these rituals, you are weaving joy and connection into their everyday lives." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Personalize Family Traditions: Make holiday traditions a reflection of your family's values and beliefs by personalizing them to suit your unique dynamics. Whether it's volunteering together, creating handmade decorations, or hosting a themed family movie night, tailor traditions to align with your family's interests and preferences. "Personalizing family traditions fosters a sense of identity and belonging for your child. It reinforces the idea that traditions are not just activities but expressions of love and unity within the family." ~ Kristianne Wargo By embracing holiday traditions as part of your child's routine, you are not only creating magical moments but also instilling values of love, togetherness, and joy that will last a lifetime. "In the midst of the hustle and bustle, let holiday traditions be the anchor that grounds your family in love and connection this season." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. As the holiday season rapidly approaches, the festivities of tasty temptations can get in the way of your health. Don't give in to the disruption during the holidays. Fast track your way to healthy living. All the hustle and bustle of your multiple lists can often throw a wrench in our health and wellness routines. That's assuming we have them. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  It's pretty easy to let some things go when you are stressed. However, it's crucial to remember that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not about restriction but rather about finding a harmonious balance that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Why let the holidays disrupt your well-being when you can navigate the season with grace and intention? "Indulging in a few holiday treats shouldn't come at the expense of your health. It's all about enjoying the moments without compromising your well-being." ~ Kristianne Wargo So let me ask you: Are you compromising your health? What if you put yourself first this holiday season, yet still permitted yourself to enjoy the tantalizing treats? How would that change your perspective? How would that change your reflection? If you want to fast track your health, use what you already have. The K.I.S.S. ~ Use what's here! Here are three fundamental strategies to help you fast track your way to health and vitality during the holidays by utilizing the resources already available to you. 1. Mindful Choices: Rather than viewing holiday treats as off-limits, practice mindful decision-making. Allow yourself to savor small portions of your favorite indulgences while being conscious of your body's hunger and satisfaction cues. By incorporating mindfulness into your eating habits, you can enjoy the flavors of the season without guilt or excess. "When you approach holiday eating with mindfulness, you can savor the experience without overindulging. It's about nourishing your memories." 2. Movement and Joy: Staying active during the holidays is key to supporting your overall well-being. Whether it's taking a winter walk, dancing to festive music, or engaging in a fun workout with loved ones, find ways to infuse joy into physical activity. Movement not only helps burn calories but also uplifts your spirit and enhances your sense of well-being. "When you move, you feel alive!" ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Self-Care Rituals: Amidst the holiday chaos, prioritize self-care rituals that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Set aside time for relaxation, meditation, adequate sleep, and activities that replenish your energy reserves. By tending to your holistic well-being, you can approach the season with a sense of calm and vitality. "Self-care is the foundation of a thriving life. By honoring your needs and nurturing your well-being, you can navigate the holidays with grace and intention." In essence, healthy living during the holidays is not about deprivation or perfection but about cultivating a sense of balance, joy, and self-care. By using the tools and resources available to you, you can fast track your journey to health and well-being, even amidst the festive celebrations. "Healthy living is a reflection of self-love and empowerment. Embrace the abundance of the season by utilizing what's here – your inner strength, mindful choices, and self-care practices – to create a holiday season that nourishes both your mind, body, and spirit." ~ Kristianne Wargo Remember that the holidays are a time for celebration and joy – and that includes celebrating your health and vitality. With a mindset of balance and moderation, you can savor the season while staying true to your well-being goals. "Be present. Be incredible. 3607 Skip the Lines

3607 Skip the Lines

2024-12-1010:40

During the holiday season, you can go from one place to the next, and all you find are lines. Don't let complicated, winding lines of life predict where you will go; skip the lines. You see this all during the holiday hustle and bustle, which often brings you face to face with that one common frustration - waiting in lines. Even when you're online, you are technically waiting in line, you just don't feel it as much. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  Whether it's those lines at the grocery store, the post office, or the mall, standing in line can feel like a never-ending journey. But why let your destination be dictated by the length of a line? It's time to embrace a new mindset: skip the lines. The K.I.S.S. ~ Skip the lines! Let's face it, who really enjoys waiting in line? While it's a necessary part of our daily interactions, it doesn't have to define our direction or experiences. Instead of letting queues determine your pace, take control and chart your own course. "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." ~ Ephesians 2:10 You have been uniquely created by God with a specific purpose to fulfill in this world. Every time you rise up in the morning, you get to choose how you accept or reject God's calling, His handiwork on your life. So, instead of focusing on what everyone else is doing, walk in step with Him. Pursue good works and fulfill your divine calling. Just as "skipping the lines" metaphorically signifies breaking free from societal norms and embracing your true purpose, Ephesians 2:10 reminds us of the importance of living out our God-given potential and following the path that leads to a heavenly impact here on earth. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. Don't let a "line" detour you from your purpose and passion with your presence. It's time to break free from the confines of queues and pursue what truly matters to you. As you navigate the holiday season, remember that your journey is defined by your choices, not the lines you stand in. So get ready and skip the lines. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Why do we remember everyone else's goodness, but leave behind the stuff that matters most to our hearts? Leave the criticism behind, shut the door to excuses, and don't forget to remember the good in all you do. When we live in a world filled with deadlines, responsibilities, and distractions, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  We often find ourselves remembering everyone else's achievements and kindness while forgetting to acknowledge our own growth and accomplishments. But what if you shifted your perspective and chose to focus on the good within yourself? What if you chose not to forget what truly matters? "Leave the criticism behind, and don't forget to remember the good in all you do." ~ Kristianne Wargo There is power when you open yourself up to evaluating how you see your journey up until this point and where you are in this season. Instead of dwelling on your shortcomings, celebrate your progress and resilience. The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate your progress! To keep a level head and inspire your creative spirit, it's vital to embrace who you are and who you are becoming. 1. Practice Daily Reflection: Take a few moments each day to reflect on your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. Celebrate the obstacles you've overcome and the lessons you've learned. "Choose to show up in a manner that serves your heart well." ~ Kristianne Wargo By acknowledging your growth, you pave the way and set the beauty to inspire yourself. That's self-empowerment. 2. Cultivate a Gratitude Journal: Start a gratitude journal where you can jot down things you are thankful for each day. This simple practice can shift your focus from what's lacking to what's abundant in your life. "Don't forget what needs to be remembered." ~ Kristianne Wargo Expressing gratitude opens the door to sincerity, authenticity, and contentment. 3. Surround Yourself with Positivity: Surround yourself with uplifting quotes, affirmations, and people who support your journey. Read books that lift you up. Create a positive environment that nurtures your creative spirit and encourages self-love. "Choose not to forget the good within you." ~ Kristianne Wargo By fostering a positive mindset, you get to grow and experience transformation. So, where are you willing to put the words to your mind to think what needs to happen so you can live the life God is creating for you here on earth? Don't forget to remember! The critics and criticism will always be, but you choose how to be present, be incredible, be YOU!!! "Be present. Be incredible. 3605 Peace Be Still

3605 Peace Be Still

2024-12-0808:11

As the world whirls around us in a maelstrom of chaos and uncertainty, peace can often seem like a distant dream. Yet, during Advent, we're reminded of a glimmer of hope that emerges: peace be still. In Luke 2:14, we are reminded of the profound promise of peace that transcends circumstances and brings a sense of calm even in the midst of life's storms. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  The verse in Luke 2:14 (NIV) reads, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” This proclamation heralded the birth of Jesus Christ, whose very presence ushered in a new era of peace and hope for all humanity. In John 14:27 (NIV), Jesus assures us, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." In a world rife with conflict, division, and uncertainty, it can be easy to succumb to fear and anxiety. However, the peace that Jesus offers is unlike any other. It is a peace that surpasses all understanding, a calm in the midst of the storm, a beacon of hope in the darkness. The K.I.S.S. ~ Peace be still! Philippians 4:4-7 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. During this Advent season, with all the hustle and bustle of holiday preparations, take a moment to pause and reflect on the true meaning of peace. Find solace in the promise of peace born in a manger over two thousand years ago, a peace that continues to live through the ages and be in our hearts today. As you navigate the challenges of life, cling to the hope and assurance that Jesus brings, knowing that in Him, you can find true peace that will sustain you through all trials and tribulations. Let us echo the words of Psalm 29:11, "The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.” In the chaos, may you find peace. In uncertainty, may you find hope. And in Jesus Christ, may you find everlasting peace that passes all understanding. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? For many married couples, the holidays can also bring a wave of stress that threatens to overshadow the true spirit of togetherness. In a time when love is in the air, stress less and connect more! As the holiday season approaches, the air fills with the scent of freshly baked goods, twinkling lights adorn the streets, and the anticipation of joyous celebrations looms in the air.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co  Yet during this time, it's essential to prioritize nurturing the bond between husband and wife. It's time to stress less and connect more. "During the holiday chaos, it's crucial to remember that the heart of the season lies in the love shared." ~ Kristianne Wargo It's a magical time meant to be shared with loved ones. However, for many married couples, it can also bring about a whirlwind of stress and distractions that hinder the true connection between partners. Instead of getting bogged down by endless to-do lists and family obligations, it's time to shift the focus back to what truly matters - nurturing the bond between husband and wife. The K.I.S.S. ~ Nurture the bond! QUESTION: What are you currently doing in your marriage now? Are you making time, or are you just getting by day to day? Here are three simple yet impactful ways for couples to stress less and connect more during the Christmas holidays: 1. Unplug and Unwind Together: In the midst of holiday chaos, it's crucial for couples to carve out quality time for each other. Put away the smartphones, turn off the TV, and create a cozy ambiance where you can truly connect. Whether it's enjoying a quiet evening by the fireplace, taking a leisurely stroll through a winter wonderland, or simply snuggling up on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa, these moments of undivided attention can reignite the spark in your relationship. "In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it's easy to get caught up in the external noise. Unplugging and unwinding together, creating a sacred space for a genuine connection to flourish." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Share Gratitude and Affection: Amidst the flurry of gift-giving and party planning, don't forget to express gratitude and affection towards your spouse. Take time to acknowledge the little things they do that often go unnoticed. Write a heartfelt love note, prepare their favorite meal, or simply offer a warm embrace filled with love and appreciation. These gestures of kindness strengthen the bond between husband and wife, fostering a sense of connectedness that transcends the holiday season. "Expressing gratitude and affection towards your partner is a powerful way to nurture your relationship. Small acts of kindness speak volumes and deepen the emotional connection between couples." ~ Krisitanne Wargo 3. Create Meaningful Traditions Together: One of the most beautiful aspects of the holiday season is the opportunity to create lasting memories with your loved ones. Instead of getting caught up in the materialistic aspects of Christmas, focus on cultivating meaningful traditions as a couple. Whether it's decorating the tree together, baking festive treats, reading a book together, or binge-watching your favorite holiday movies, these shared experiences can strengthen your bond and infuse your relationship with joy and togetherness. "Creating meaningful traditions together allows couples to build a foundation of shared experiences that strengthen their connection. These rituals become a source of comfort and joy, nurturing the emotional bond between husband and wife." ~ Kristianne Wargo Amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it's essential for married couples to prioritize their relationship above all else. You get to create your now as a couple and create meaningful traditions during this festive season. Stress less, connect more - because love is truly the greatest gift of all. "Be present.
