Mindset. Everybody talks about it but no one ever breaks it down. This is what we will do today on Mindset Monday! Mindset refers to a person's beliefs, attitudes, and thoughts about themselves, others, and the world around them. It can greatly influence a person's behavior, motivation, and decision-making. There are two main types of mindset: fixed mindset and growth mindset. A fixed mindset believes that abilities and traits are innate and cannot be changed, while a growth mindset believes that abilities and traits can be developed through hard work and dedication.
