This is based on biblical principles:
Life style journey, in using my imagination to be physically, financial and mentally fit. Having qualified in Nutrition and Weight Management and also working in a banking industry. I have a first hand experience in how to stay fit financial and physical and nutrition well-being.

I do believe we all have that creative genius in us. It takes self-believe and the power of God to produce an amazing result that inspires us to be ourselves. Bring yourself to the table you are sitting in.

To care for others, we need to care for ourselves.  Caring means praying, loving ourselves, be yourself, bless yourself  and accept who you.  Changing the way you have done things in the past and looking at something new in the future. Inspired by two bible scriptures John 5 and Luke 18:35-43. To be brave to move forward letting go of the past and see what you can do to take care of who you are.

Life is a journey and we need to be creative to be committed to the journey. How we do it? By taking small steps daily will led to bigger step. It takes small change to make a bigger effect. Nothing is built in a day. We don’t fight against others to get our things done. “Ephesians 6:12” Be creative and help others. Have a wonderful day and remember it takes small steps to complete the task.
Life is a journey, the principles in life are the same. We all need to to know why we do things. This episode is about what to do. What to do in our commitment to the whole wellbeing? Leviticus 19:18. It is so easy to take things into our own hand. What you can do is trust God and do your part. Doing our part means looking after ourselves, working smarter at work, workout and everything. We can also take rest and sleep to let our body recover. These are what we can do
All glory and honour belongs to God. Through Christ Jesus we have Grace and the Holy Spirit to help us in our day. Thank You for listening to me. This is the start of the journey again, new year and short walk with me.  I have come to learn that life is a journey and we have to be committed to the journey to stay the lane. Physically, Mentally or financially it all about our commitment to it. Staying fit means creative ideas, it is important to know the ending and it will be rocky and how we stay fit makes the journey worth it.  Thank you for joining me.
Thank You for reading and listening to the podcast. This is based on personal journey and how to stay committed to whatever I start. Life is a roll coaster, but to get what we want in life we need to let go of something to get another thing. We have two hands and if they are both full them we need to free one hand or both to get the better choice. Letting go is not an easy thing to do but with determination and focus we can drop the good stuff in our hand or hands and get the better stuff. It only works with intentionality. There is a time for everything in life, a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to breakdown, and a time to buildup. Ecclesiastes 3:3. Whatever season you are in, believe that it will pass and I pray that you will come out with the determination and focus on your purpose. Stay bless.

What does it mean to portion control. One main thing is always be happy with who you are and strive to be healthy by eating the correct meal daily. Having portions doesn’t mean counting the peas on the plate or eating tiny amounts but just controlling the portions we eat. Examples: veggies- 1 cup; Fruits - 1 cup; Carbohydrates - 1/2 cup; Protein 3/4 cup; seeds - 2 tsp and Fats - 1/2.

Courage, is about taking that step of faith and believing in yourself. Inspired by Ruth 1:16-17, how in life journey we all need to speak out and let our voice be heard. Love helps us speak and gives the courage to brave it out.  Think positively and embrace your vulnerability. Accept the challenge and demonstrate courage.
