This podcast is more like existential voice notes passed between kindred spirits—if you're in for that kind of thing, welcome home! On this podcast I talk about whatever's most alive for me in the moment, but most of it is about creating from the inside out (rather than from the outside in). About creating with energy first and FEELING FIRST, rather than by outside forms first.
Basically it is about re-orienting to your inner truth, inner trust, and natural stability, finding your own fullness, and creating your life and dreams from THAT foundation.
I made this podcast for my own clarity and joy on my never-ending journey of life creation and design, and to help myself and others move through the hard bits that come up along the way, and alchemize those things into the GOLD that paves the road ahead.
I’ll be dropping new soundbite-style episodes with short and sweet insights or ahas whenever I feel like it. They will be informal and unscheduled and not your usual produced podcast kind of style, because I want my work to feel like being at home in myself and I hope that me doing that helps you do that too. After recording a personal inquiry that I dropped in my private pod about some annoyances that were popping up for me, I recorded this one too. The idea of pre-selling your work before spending any energy or time on it is symptomatic of our outside-in, external validation and authority seeking society, and it works *IF* success at all cost is your top value and priority, but if that is NOT your top priority it will not be congruent for you, let's talk about it.
I was inspired to play a light mini manifestation game with myself recently and I wanted to share the results and the funny thing that happened and the one thing that was eluding me for the longest time, what I finally saw about it, and what happened after I saw that. ✨ Special shout out to my grandma (who passed quite a few years ago), love you forever gramma. 🥹❤️💞

I received the answer to a question my heart and soul had been asking for months this morning, in a single line of a poem shared by a random stranger. I love when that happens. 🥹 Suddenly my understanding came full circle and the cycle was complete and I was able to release a shame that had been plaguing me for a long time now. If you have been shamed for being a sweetness seeking creature, or for moving fast and orienting towards what feels lighter, the hummingbird spirit and me have a message for you.
We put on SoundScapes for the dogs sometimes which is this DirecTV music channel with new age mellow music and travel photos and inspirational quotes lol, today a quote popped up that said “We grow because we struggle, learn and overcome.” and I said OOOOHHHH, let's question it! ;) Because that is one available option, but let's show your brain that there is another one.
Self inquiry time! If you have a belief that control and force/dominance/mastery/planning is needed for financial wealth/money and the quality of life that you want, let's question it and open the mind to new possibilities.
