the accepted narrative of this case makes no sense. this sounds like a thrill killing. it it is just so dysfunctional that the legal system kept searching for a remotely understandable motive. two of the perps were known violent monsters, they may not have needed a motive at all other than having a stranger as a vulnerable target. as far as the female involved, I don't fully believe her breakup story and think some of her later behavior could be because of terror. but she had to have known.
