What followed was a conversation with a police officer about how much she'd been drinking, a series of field sobriety tests and her revelation that she was nurse and a new mom. After Tadlock's arrest, she told the officer she'd let him die if he came to her hospital for treatment. Tadlock also began to curse at the officer and questioned whether he was from another country due to his Latino last name.
