Hi Nicola love the podcast How come you your not covering the murder trial of Galway man accused of murdering his aunt by running over her with a jcb. He’s pleaded not guilty until proven otherwise. Just thought it such a big story instead of going over old stories so often mr flashy etc etc & coverage of Stephen silver trial not much attention to that either. A member of the Gardai lost his life on duty that would of been top of the list back in the day.

Have to say I dislike the episode, constantly repeating the mantra, like a dog with a bone, why why why, I don't think the Gardai want to be asked where they put the tracker, when and why. Poor episode

to say Irish yuppies or hipster's with money to splash on cocaine are making narco terrorist's richer than their wildest dreams. it's just not true. i don't think of the Colombian cartels, or mexican cartel's. crying into their cornflakes because Ireland aren't buying their product. there's no need to over egg this cake. everyone knows that the money they spend on drugs at the weekend in Dublin city or any other town in Ireland make it's way into the cartels pockets and everyone else in between the buyer to the grower. I'm coming from a fishing background and it's the same with us. we get Pennie's per kilo the restaurant gets €20 per fillet. it's the same thing with the drug trade. which Ireland is a small market. the big busts in Irish ports are not destined for Ireland but UK, Europe and further afield.
