11year old Chad heard that his mom was killed by his dad - and one of the first things he allegedly said to his grandmother was "Abraham Lincoln didn't have a mom and look what he turned out to be"? Once you start listening to Arlene's stories, it gets clearer by the minute why Debra is the way she is... her daughters may be weird / arrogant but at least they seem to possess common sense and aren't as fixated on a man's approval as their mother is. Guess they can thank their nannies for that.
