Enlisted in 1986 at 17yr, with a family history of military service. He became a decorated soldier and eventually a Major, flying Apache Attack helicopters. But it all came to an end in August of 2016. As a direct result of being found guilty by court-martial in May of 2016. He was charged with 2 counts of handling classified information and assault on a child less than 16yr. Colleen Stan claims she was an experienced hitchhiker, she actually denied two rides to go past before accepting the ride with Hooker.
