Joy Week 6 - 5/21/2023

Joy: Week 6 Pastor Aaron West Joy. It’s not getting what you want. It’s appreciating what you have. Joy isn’t always the easiest choice or the obvious choice, but joy is a choice. The Apostle Paul said, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again, rejoice!” And his life is louder than his words. Paul writes his letter to the Philippians from a prison cell. You can choose joy anywhere, anytime, anyway!” Let’s expect God to teach us how to have joy in all circumstances. As we walk through the the topic of Joy and the book of Philippians, use this opportunity to really understand what joy is. How have you experienced joy apart from happiness? Where do you need to focus so you can move to a place of joy because of what the Lord has done? What brings you joy?
