Close to the village of Walsingham in North Norfolk, six miles from the coast, Westgate Farm is a 350-acre arable farm on the historic Walsingham Estate. It grows barley, wheat and, come August, a field of pick-your-own sunflowers. A miniature steam train on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway runs right through the land. In a wildflower meadow at its heart sit two safari tents, Owl's Nest and Foxley Lodge, kitted out to a standard that outdoes most hotels. In today's episode, Molly sits down with Sophie Ollerenshaw, who came from a London marketing background and now shapes the guest side of a real working farm run by her partner Michael, the second generation of his family to manage it. From environmental stewardship and hedgerow management to home-cooked welcome hampers and the rhythm of the seasons, this is a conversation about diversifying a family farm thoughtfully and letting guests share in the life of the land rather than just visit it.Head to Curated, the world's first travel platform powered by tastemakers with soul, style and story at its heart to discover and book a collection of soulful stays curated by tastemakers you trust https://curatedspaces.club/Curated Spaces is the podcast on a mission to reignite real world connection. On the Suffolk-Norfolk border, where woodland gives way to the Southwold coast, sits Paradise Farm - a 16th-century Suffolk farm that has been many things over the centuries, from a cider producer to, improbably, a distribution depot for New World reggae records. Its latest chapter is Restaries: a small collection of design-led retreats and event spaces on ten acres, built around the idea of a deliberate pause from ordinary life.In today's episode, Molly sits down with Gem Boner, who spent two decades in fashion and hospitality - Topshop, Whistles, Soho House - before leaving London with her husband Thom to build something of their own in the countryside. From the meaning behind the name to why she believes real luxury comes from time and attention rather than ostentation, this is a conversation about following an instinct, doing things with heart, and turning a farm with a colourful past into a place people come to slow down.Head to Curated, the world's first travel platform powered by tastemakers with soul, style and story at its heart to discover and book a collection of soulful stays curated by tastemakers you trust https://curatedspaces.club/Curated Spaces is the podcast on a mission to reignite real world connection. When Gleneagles opened in 1924 on its 850-acre Perthshire estate, the press called it the eighth wonder of the world and a Riviera in the Highlands. A hundred years on, it is still one of the most storied hotels in the country: James Braid's King's Course, the only venue to have hosted both the Ryder Cup and the Solheim Cup, and a "Glorious Playground" of falconry, gundogs, fishing, riding and the spa.In today's episode, Molly sits down with managing director Conor O'Leary, who has steered this Scottish icon through the biggest period of change in its history and into its centenary. From repositioning a golf-led hotel into a year-round destination to keeping a thousand staff and a whole community on side, this is a conversation about what it really takes to look after a place that is meant to outlast you.Head to Curated, the world's first travel platform powered by tastemakers with soul, style and story at its heart to discover and book a collection of soulful stays curated by tastemakers you trust https://curatedspaces.club/Curated Spaces is the podcast on a mission to reignite real world connection. At the foot of the Sidlaw Hills in Perthshire, Dunsinnan has been Sinclair family land for five generations. Above it rises Dunsinane Hill, crowned with an Iron Age fort and written into Macbeth as the place Birnam Wood marches on. It is still a working farm of arable, cattle and sheep, but its old buildings are finding a second life.In today's episode, Molly sits down with Alice Sinclair to hear how she has turned part of a family farm into a modern hospitality concept - a Scottish timber cabin, a stone cottage, and a reimagined bothy - built lightly into the landscape they look out on. From generational change to low-impact tourism, this is a conversation about making an old estate pay its way for the people who come next.Head to Curated, the world's first travel platform powered by tastemakers with soul, style and story at its heart to discover and book a collection of soulful stays curated by tastemakers you trust https://curatedspaces.club/Curated Spaces is the podcast on a mission to reignite real world connection. In Dornoch, on the far north-east coast, Links House began life in 1843 as a manse for a Free Church minister. It served as officers' quarters in the war and stayed a private home for generations after. Today it stands a short pitch from the first tee at Royal Dornoch, one of the world's great links courses, and holds a Michelin Key as the most northerly five-star hotel in the country. In today's episode, Molly sits down with managing director Phil Scott - Aberdeen-born, returned home by way of the Far East - to hear what it takes to run a luxury hotel at the very top of the map. From its 15 rooms to MARA, the restaurant named for the Gaelic word for the sea, this is a conversation about remoteness as an asset, building a reputation far from the central belt, and hospitality as warmth rather than formality.Head to Curated, the world's first travel platform powered by tastemakers with soul, style and story at its heart to discover and book a collection of soulful stays curated by tastemakers you trust https://curatedspaces.club/Curated Spaces is the podcast on a mission to reignite real world connection.
