Yo! love your content but I have a suggestion. I feel you need to record at a higher volume. all my other cast I listen to I can clearly hear but yours I have to turn my volume up, especially on your mic. the guest volume is usually louder but both need to be turned up. Just saying, keep up the awesome content. love it!
dude this was amazing
Rich Roll's story is awesome. Finding Ultra is a book I want to read.
omg... beer bongs with vodka?! How did he not die?! It's cool to see successful people's stories. Love this podcast :)
I loved this episode! Bryce seems like a very cool, very authentic guy, and I appreciate his real talk on mortality, choosing health, the three components of a solid morning routine. At this point my "favorites" queue in my podcast app is basically all Curious episodes...
Calvin does a great job interviewing, conversation style. All of his episodes are so unique and diverse, and so authentic! They each include inspiring information that makes you think, and if you apply what he and his guests talk about, I can attest to the fact that your life will change for the better. Thanks so much for the quality content Calvin!
This is soooo good! It's awesome hearing from badass women, and her insights about spirituality and how it relates to all other areas of your life are on point. This is another one of my favorite episodes, one that I've gone back to listen to a few times. Badass. Can't wait to read her book, too :)
I've probably listened to this podcast episode a dozen times, and I've used a lot of his tips and techniques in my own goal setting and visualization processes. My first recalibration date was in May, and the ways in which parts of my life have begun to shift are amazing! This is the only podcast that I listen to regularly, and I can honestly say I come away with good information from every episode. Thanks so much for creating such quality content, Calvin!
I just loved this podcast. Listening to it again as I prep for my unplugged weekend to get focused on my vision and goals. Thank you so much for this. The idea for this question came from listening to Tim Ferriss when he talks about first principles - foundations versus tactics and strategies. Asking how you got out of debt is tactics and. strategies. Asking how you set your goals and visions, and more importantly follow through is first principles. I wanted to learn from someone I trust and relate to on how they conquer their own dreams and successes. Now I have a foundation to go an do the same for my dreams and successes. I can't thank you enough for going for it in your life. My fire is clearer and more tangible than ever before because of your actions. This year is already great and by the end it will be the year everything changes for me.
Dude this was so helpful. Not only for health and fitness goals, but for all of my other goals that I have. Just make things simple as possible. So simple that I can be consistent with it overtime. Thanks my man, thanks.
Wow... Great podcast! Thanks for answering my question, Calvin. Definitely a lot to chew on.
