We also share a little more insights on the workings of Theta Healing, energetic readings, body scans, subconscious work and connecting it all with not only life and health aspects but also diving into the matters of purpose and soul business.  At the end of the episode Charlotte guides us through a beautiful connection process, to get in touch with our bodies and to listen to what our bodies currently want to communicate to us. In the conversation with Charlotte we talked about: 💫 What is Theta Healing? 💫 Intuitive Anatomy & feeling our bodies 💫 Reading others intuitively 💫 Guiding each other through deep inner processes 💫 Connecting Theta Healing with soul business Enjoy the deep dive. You can book a free Holistic Guidance Clarity Call here: https://carinajung.com/holistic-guidance-coaching/ In this episode I am talking about being a highly sensitive person. CH recently inspired me to dive deeper and deeper into the subject. Perhaps, being a highly sensitive person resonates with you. It's not a diagnosis nor an illness. It is mostly a way of simply being. It is a conversation that needs to take place. Because being highly sensitive in all your unique ways, is totally fine and completely okay. If we spread the word, we can create an easier start for highly sensitive kids and we can create a better life for ourselves. It's not about fitting in or changing ourselves but about creating surroundings and designing lives which allow us to live happily, healthily and follow our vision and mission. We are here to spread kindness, uniqueness, empathy and creativity. Our unique sense of life can make this world a better place and yet we don't even need to force change. Our only job is to simply be and allow ourselves the freedom to expand our individual selves. Let's create a new normal together by raising our voices.❤️ In the episode I talk about: 💫 What does it mean to be a highly sensitive person (HSP)? 💫 A couple of insights into the life of an HSP 💫 What can you do to create a life that suits you? 💫 What are ways to separate the emotions of others from your own? 💫 How can you reserve and recharge your own battery? Enjoy the deep dive. Namaste. xx Carina 🔮 P.S.: I would love to hear your thoughts on being a highly sensitive person. What trials & beauty did it bring into your life? And as we are all still trying to find our ways, feel free to reach out and I'd love to take you by the hand. I am beyond grateful and humbled to have connected with Shoshana on Clubhouse about 4 weeks ago. Shoshana, two more beautiful women and I have been hosting regular rooms, deep talks, together, including subjects like vulnerability, being a highly sensitive person, spirituality and business.  The most magical part, however, is the fact that we all seem to connect on such a deep energetic level, sharing similar visions and working energetically. The synchronicities of the past weeks have been beyond beautiful. It's always a pleasure to be part of the conversation and feel the energy rise throughout the talk. Hence, I am thankful to share Shoshana's energy and beautiful knowledge on Wild Possibilities today. We talked about her journey, overcoming anxiety and panic attacks, finding your spiritual path and becoming an energetic coach. We dive deep into the aspects of intuition, connecting with oneself and the beauty of the journey guiding us to where we are meant to go. Furthermore, we dive deep into the workings of aura reading and healing. Shoshana guides as through the magic which our aura contains, how we can use the information available to us and how we can transform through energetic healing work. She beautifully explains to us how one can resolve blockages through aura work and bring everything into its natural flow again. In the conversation with Shoshana we talked about: 💫 opening up about loss 💫 overcoming anxiety & working with emotions 💫 listening to your intuition & impulses 💫 embarking on your very own journey 💫 aura reading & healing - resolving blockages Enjoy the deep dive. Namaste. xx Carina 🔮 P.S.: I would love to hear your thoughts on our conversation. So, please drop me a message on Instagram. I am truly thankful to have connected with Nils Hamidi on Clubhouse just a couple of weeks ago. His points of view and input on all those deep talks and spiritual conversations we had, made it clear that he needs to be on Wild Possibilities. Nils owns the physiotherapy practice Rund Um Wohl in Köln and has been in touch with spirituality since he was a teenager. He also knows how to use hypnosis and adds the valuable teachings and hypnosis techniques to his everyday practice. We talked about his path to becoming a physiotherapist and the essential roles his spiritual teachers or role models have played during this time. Furthermore, we dove into the practice of hypnosis and the parallels to energy work like Theta Healing. I am so inspired to share with you the important aspects we went into, when it comes to diving deeper into your subconscious self and releasing what no longer serves you. As you probably know I love everything related to subconscious work and get so passionate when it comes to resolving unhelpful patterns and beliefs in our system which is also why I got super excited to have this conversation. Nils is such a passionate and kind human being and it is more than apparent that he tries to make the individuals he works with feel better with the purest intention whilst constantly learning himself. In the conversation with Nils we talked about: 💫 having spiritual teachers 💫 trusting your path & following your intuition 💫 the way hypnosis works 💫 the parallels of hypnosis and energetic work 💫 being responsible for your journey  Enjoy the deep dive. #127 In today's episode, I have the privilege of speaking with Lara Elliott, a Holistic and Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher based in the serene town of Ojai, California. Lara's journey into the realm of healing began with her training as an Acupuncturist and Herbalist, where she immersed herself in the profound wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Her academic studies in Chinese Medicine started in the vibrant city of New York in 2011, paving the way for her deep exploration of Eastern healing modalities. Drawing inspiration from her profound resonance with Buddhist teachings, Lara has embraced a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that true wellness requires addressing the whole being. As she eloquently puts it, she sees herself as a vessel through which energy moves with intention, serving as a trusted guide for her clients as they embark on their own paths of health and healing. With over a decade of experience in various healing arts modalities, Lara seamlessly integrates Eastern and Western practices into her work. She skillfully employs techniques such as Reiki, a traditional Japanese Healing System, Breathwork, CranioSacral therapy, Herbology, guided Mindfulness and Meditation, and Holistic Health Coaching. By addressing both physical and emotional dis-ease, she helps individuals restore balance in both their minds and bodies. Lara's expertise as a Reiki Master has led her to share the Japanese System of Reiki with students and practitioners from around the world. Over the past six years, she has conducted transformative trainings in Southern California and online, empowering others to harness the healing power within themselves. #123 On today's episode I am joined by Nic Warner. I was so inspired to have Nic on and to have someone share a man's perspective on polarity, feminine, masculine energies and relationship. Nic was recommended to me by a former podcast guest and talking to him turned into the most wholesome conversation. Based on his former profession as an architect, Nic calls himself an architect of transformational experiences. He works mostly with men guiding them in through men's work, breath work, plant medicine journeys and all things intimacy. His work aims help men to heal their relationship with themselves and others and to empower those yearning for clarity, confidence and connection, to rediscover the power of living on purpose, fully from their heart. In this episode we talked about the wounded masculine, the collective yearning for heart led, ball connected, embodied men, leaning into vulnerability, as well as standing up for your truth and what you believe in. We dove into deep intimacy far beyond sexual intimacy and polarity between the feminine and the masculine. Lastly, we touched up on the importance of breath as a tool to regulate your nervous system. Inhale deeply, exhale with a sigh and enjoy.
