I wasn't an ultra runner until I left West Texas at the age of 19. I am really excited about this episode because I get to think about West Texas through the eyes of one of the older ultras in the country - Palo Duro Trail Run.In this episode we talk about the history of Palo Duro Trail Run, the region in general, and what makes it beautiful. Essentially revived from what looked like death or close to it, to a killer second-to-DFL at Wasatch 100 2022. I was at Ant Knolls and took the photo of her laying on the ground.
