Lacking self-esteem in my life until I started working out

Mary Antonarakis works 9 to 5 and has prioritized her life around living a healthy lifestyle. She uses the gym to become a better version of herself, mind and body. Working out has allowed her a space to expend her negative energy. I guess it's an anti-depressant to some degree. But, she wasn't always like this.
