This week, we are thrilled to welcome Kevin Schneider on the podcast. Kevin and his wife both received their doctorates from the University of Michigan in Chemistry. A renowned storyteller, Kevin shares how they met, their early travels in post doctorate work, having two daughters who are now 15 and 18 as well as how an opportunity opened up to be a co-owner of a new brewery, Ancillary Fermentation (AF) in Raleigh NC. This week, we have a drop in guests by the name of Kayla Hagen. Ryan's daughter is home from spring break, hanging out with the family and is kind enough to give us a little while to discuss Marine Biology as well as memories that are ingrained in her mind. Join us as we are fortunate enough to welcome one of our kid's on for the first time!

Ryan and Jeff had the great pleasure of welcoming photographer and director Julian Ungano "into the studio" for a riveting discussion on career success, learning experiences and being the youngest of six kids. Julian and his wife Julia welcomed their first son five months ago which leads us to discuss how perspectives change and the decisions that may be impacted. 

Ryan and Jeff's much better halves join us for this insightful, funny, introspective look on parenting from different perspectives. The four tackle the differences on parenting four kids vs. one kid, what stage they miss most vs what they are looking forward and those eye roll moments that accompany any great marriage. Identical twins, separated at birth, Ryan and Kurt have long searched for each other.........yeah, we're just kidding on that matter. Kurt and his lovely wife are expecting their first child this summer.
