After another week off we’re back talking about the latest in Uncle Ken’s Poirot series, as well as Past Lives, a film that could easily be a contender for best picture at next year’s Oscars. We’ve also got this weeks film news, a quote from Zach and all the usual gubbins.
After a week off, we’re catching up on trampoline accidents, films we’ve been watching and film news as we approach the end of series 5 in a couple of weeks.
Dave has a 90s family Film quiz, Greg’s all ears having had his ear wax removed, and there’s a bunch of other stuff, including plenty of film news.
We’re catching up after our respective, and very different holidays. We also chat about the Apple TV Idris Elba mini series ‘Hijack’, Dave has a film quiz and of course we have the latest film news.
This week doesn’t really follow the usual format, as we recorded it with last week’s episode. Dave’s in Paris and Greg’s in Wales, however we’re talking about the wonderful series The Bear which you can find on Disney+, following the recent release of season 2. There’s some other stuff… such as a bit of a movie quiz game thing that Dave made up which you can join in on.
This week we’re talking about Seth Rogan’s take on the turtles which is out in cinemas now. We’ve got film news, Zach’s quote of the week and Greg’s watched Arrival. Turtle Power!
Greg’s been at a festival, Dave’s got something to say about Wigan Council’s idea of inclusive and of course we have plenty of film and TV chat. Our wives have also disgraced themselves.
This week is all about the double blockbuster juxtaposed released ‘Barbie’ and ‘Oppenheimer’. We’re dedicating much of this episode to discussing both in depth- relatively spoiler free! We’ve also got a bit of film news and Zach’s quote of the week.
Greg’s chatting in depth and pretty spoiler-free about Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1, one of several summer blockbusters out this month. Dave’s been watching plenty of other stuff, we have the news and we’re getting excited for Oppenheimer this weekend!
This week we’re talking about the first 6 films in the Mission Impossible series in preparation for watching and chatting about Dead Reckoning Part 1 next week. We’ve also got some film news, vomit news and Zach’s quote of the week.
Dave and Greg are joined by Elliot to discuss Indiana Jones 5, and we find out what Zach was on about!
