Today I want to talk about physical health, right? What's your physical health? Now, that includes working out, but that also includes nutrition, because let's face it, if you want to live your life to the max, if you want to step into your light and shine or whatever, however you want to phrase it, you need to be physically able to do that.
Do you watch your words? How often do we say things that we don't necessarily mean, but are impacting our lives? It's putting out that energy that is not serving us. That's not helping us get to our goals and our dreams. Instead, it's holding us back.
One of the ways that we can do to help people step into their light and shine and to really be themselves is to be ourselves, right? Pretty easy, but to be ourselves and, so that's a big thing in and of itself, but to stand up for what we believe in, stand up for what matters to you.
Today's episode is all about reframing your mindset. I do a little mindset reframe here for us because it is Monday.Mondays get the Monday blues, right? The fact that I was like, oh god, I have to go to work today I have to start the grind over again. Oh, it's another week of hardships. I get it. But how much of that is a mental thing that we are already preparing for it to be bad, to be rough, to be a frustrating week that we unintentionally make it hard on ourselves because of our mindset.&...
Today's topic is about chasing your passions. Something I'm, well, passionate about. Chasing your passions. Do the things that fill your cup. What brings you joy, what fills your cup and energizes you.
Today's reminder, if you didn't catch it yet by the title, is to give yourself grace. That's right. Give yourself some grace, some love. You know, we've been talking a lot about different things this week, whether it's safe places, you know, clutter, being open, and a myriad of topics last week and last 700 some episodes.
Today's episode is about safe places. Places where you can feel safe, comfortable, you can, you know, drop your armor, drop your shield a little bit, and allow yourself to be you.

I'm intentional about the ones I go to so that, you know, it can help me in my personal life, in my, you know, mindset, personal growth, but also in business.And one thing that I really try to do, I try to be very intentional about, is from the beginning, from day one, from the moment I step in, to be open and to be open to new possibilities, new ideas, new thoughts, new people.
