Hi! I wanted to thank you for doing this podcast. I've been using it for one week now and have already felt the benefits of your techniques. My only critique would be in regards to the mudras. I love them and find them very helpful, however it can feel very disruptive to my meditation when you describe them or instruct where to find them in the middle of the meditation. Maybe it could be part of the introduction instead so that people can look them up before the meditation starts. Thanks again for all the work you do. It is so appreciated!!!
