Dan is currently the Co-Founder/Director of BD for Picks & Shovels, which is building Interchange, an institutional-grade cryptocurrency portfolio management tool. Prior to that he was at Uber, spearheading alternative data sourcing efforts on the Global Data team, and on Rider Growth where he built the App Store Optimization (ASO) team (one of Andrew Chen's direct reports). Before Uber, Dan built some of the most popular early crypto products. His last position was leading mobile product at the micropayments startup, ChangeTip (acquired by AirBnB). He began his experience in crypto as the co-founder of ZeroBlock ( acquired by Blockchain.info in the second ever all Bitcoin acquisition). He was part of the early 2013 crypto meetup scene in SF which was comprised with the founders of Coinbase, Ripple, Kraken, and others.
