Dankonomy Today's Episode Featuring Antonio Javiniar from Webjoint   About Antonio Javiniar Antonio Javiniar is a Marketing and Social Media Strategist who currently operates as the Director of Marketing for WebJoint. As an academic, Antonio spent 4 years building grassroots campaigns, learning about navigating political structures, and studying the role media and content plays in building online and offline communities to push these campaigns forward. Before WebJoint, Antonio used these skills to lobby both the United States Congress and the California State Legislature, as well as drive the branding and social media branches for two successful media startups.   Antonio now uses these skills to build communities around personal and professional brands to establish emotional connections with their audiences.  He uses his extensive political knowledge to drive his marketing philosophy - at the end of the day a campaign manager telling you to vote for someone is no different from a marketer convincing you to buy into someone's brand.    In addition to his extensive branding and marketing experience, Antonio is a Los Angeles based rooftop and portrait photographer. On his free-time, Antonio is constantly testing new ways to go "viral" with his dog, Atticus, and implementing these strategies in marketing.    As a marketer, Antonio looks up to industry giants like Gary Vaynerchuk, Seth Godin, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk.   Antonio holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.   Antonio's Personal Development Purple Cow, by Seth Godin Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck, by Mark Manson  A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle Code of The Extraordinary Mind, by Vishen Lakhiani   Contact Antonio Email: Antonio@WebJoint.com IG: @Holamikoo   Contact WebJoint LinkedIn: @WebJoint Email: Contact@WebJoint.com   Learn More About the California Cannabis Awards Show Website: CaliforniaCannabisAwards.com IG: @CaliforniaCannabisAwards

Today's Topic: Smokeless Flower? Special Guest, Alan Hoskins About Alan Hoskins - A true pioneer in the cannabis industry, during a time that pre-dated testing labs and when the primary method of extraction was blasting with butane.  While attending college in his early 20’s, Hoskins was presented with an opportunity to join a product development company, creating some of the first sublingual cannabis products to launch in the European market. Unfortunately adulterated cannabis was a gray area and most  “Coffee Shops” were limited to selling whole flower.  Although disappointing at the time, this laid the groundwork for something that would revolutionize the cannabis industry.    In early 2012 Alan and his team consulted with a Colorado manufacturer to develop the first cannabis infused gum.  It was during this time when he developed his non extracted method of activating cannabis. This process uses no chemicals, no solvents, and preserves the terpene and cannabinoid profile of the plant.  This new non extracted method would take another four years to perfect. With full legalization of cannabis on the horizon in California,  Alan and his team spent the next two years going through the licensing process and rebranding the company.  In early 2019 RA’ Flower Brands launched, a multi-use line of encapsulated cannabis products that are the first of their kind.    RA’ Flower is paving the way for whole flower, solvent-free, strain specific cannabis medicines that are created for medical and recreational consumers alike. Their patent-pending, micro-dehydration process is solvent-free and allows the activation of cannabis flower in its natural plant form. This non-extracted process preserves the natural healing properties of each strain specific product, giving the user a unique experience that is based on the terpene and cannabinoid profile of each flower strain, “Smokeless Flower.”   This is the 1st multi-use, vegan friendly capsule of its kind that the consumer can Swallow, Sprinkle, or Smoke.  RA’ Flower capsules provide the user with the option to swallow it in the traditional capsule form, open it up and sprinkle it onto their favorite foods, or they can open it up and smoke the active ingredient in a traditional bowl or blunt.    Alan Hoskins, RA’ Flower Brands Founder says: “We are Cannabis Connoisseurs who want nothing more than the purest, most effective, all-natural products that support healing and wellness. RA’ Flower products allow you to experience all of the health benefits of pure cannabis flower.  We handcraft our superior quality THC and CBD capsules in small batches, utilizing only premium, sun-grown cannabis flower, sourced from the Emerald Triangle.”    Please Subscribe
