Baby Hope was found inside a cooler in Manhattan New York, but it would take detectives 22 years to find out her true identity. 

In the small town of Forth Worth Texas a young woman vanishes after a Valentine's Day dance, only to be found murdered. But her murder would have to wait decades before it can be solved.
