Will Amazon stock split?  Amazon (AMZN) share price is rapidly approaching $3,000 per share. In this podcast I talk about what Jeff Bezos has said about an Amazon stock split, what I believe has changed since that time, and what I would like to see happen.   I throw in my twist on Jeff Bezos, his desire to be top dog and how that could impact a stock split decision.  I love trading the stock and options on Amazon, but it's share price does limit some of the trades, as I don't want to commit that much capital to a single trade.  I like a strategy I call the Volatility Straddle, so share price and options prices play into this strategy.  I follow a similar approach and system when I am investing in real estate.  Let me know your thoughts and check out my YouTube channel at FlippingAcademy.com. I like buying foreclosures as a part of my real estate investing, but I like buying them cheap!  In this podcast, I talk about why buying foreclosures at auctions and as REO's is not the best strategy.  Why let the bank control everything? You can buy directly from the real estate seller, before the home ever goes to foreclosure.  This is a smart real estate investing strategy and I talk about why this works so well. I even give an example of a house I flipped. I was able to stop the foreclosure for $20K and fix it up in a few weeks.  The seller and I both profited $40K in a win-win situation.  This is one of the many real estate investing strategies I use to get in and out of flips quickly.  In addition, I give a real estate stimulus update and why I believe real estate foreclosures may rise in the future. This real estate investing strategy can be done by anyone, even if you have very little experience in real estate or real estate investing, house flipping, wholesaling houses, etc...  You are probably going to find this very motivating, and most importantly this strategy works.  I tell the story of someone who moved to a new area, where they had no real estate contacts, very little money, and they were having a hard time putting any deals together.  I taught them a simple strategy that made them $25K to $35K quickly on every deal.  They then tweaked the real estate strategy to make $100K+ on deals.  This was done without the use of any of their own capital, and they also had no risk on any of the deals.   If you enjoy this podcast, please subscribe and share and check out my YouTube channel at FlippingAcademy.com.  I do podcasts and videos on real estate, real estate investing, business, and money making strategies. There is so much talk these days about stimulus and stimulus checks and stimulus payments.  I believe the real stimulus is a 30 year gift we are all being given in the form of near zero interest rates and very low mortgage rates. Did you know Zillow loses $37,000 per house flip with their Zillow Offers program?  Ok, maybe real estate investing and house flipping is not their strong point!
