Dear Jasmine emerged from a love letter I wrote to myself in 2019. In the early days of 2021, I stumbled upon that letter and decided to read it aloud. Instantaneously, a newfound joy and inspiration filled my being, becoming a guiding light as I continued my journey. Today I wanted to open up a little more about my depression and anxiety. The darker part of it. I want to break stigma but the best way I can do It is to continue to open up. I would love to say leave the past in the past but to understand my joy today I have to first talk about my sorrows of yesterday.
