Hey Guys, In today's episode, we're kicking off the December Wardrobe Series with a direct look at why closets feel so overwhelming. It's not the clothes. It's the identity underneath the clothes, and the stories we've attached to them. This series is meant to guide you through the mindful practice of letting go. Think of it as a moving meditation where you keep coming back to yourself, your space, your power. On December 13th, 14th, and 15th, I'm hosting a free live workshop where we're going to map out your decluttering plan for all of 2026. Over three days, I'll help you break each space into small, doable sessions so you don't burn out or quit halfway. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a simple written plan for your home for the entire year — month by month, room by room — so you're not "starting over" every January. If you want 2026 to be the year your home finally catches up with the life you're trying to live, this workshop is for you. ✨ Let's make 2026 the year your home finally feels good. 👉 Sign up for the free live workshophere: WORKSHOP Introduction to the Wardrobe Series Episode 315 – Wardrobe Series -  Introduction to the Wardrobe Series Tops Episode 316 – Wardrobe Series – Tops: Prep + Sort Hanging Tops by Category Episode 317 – Wardrobe Series – Tops: Declutter Your Hanging Tops Episode 318 – Wardrobe Series – Tops: Declutter Your Folded Tops Coming up... Hey Guys, In this episode, we're breaking down the reward systems that actually help you stay consistent with decluttering — the ones that create momentum, build identity, and keep you coming back without relying on motivation. These rewards don't add more clutter, they don't require buying anything, and they reinforce the habits you're trying to build. Hey Guys, Today we're breaking down the third law of habit change from Atomic Habits: Make it easy. This episode is all about why decluttering feels so overwhelming — and how to design your environment and your systems so the habit becomes effortless. We talk about how the human brain evolved to conserve energy, why we're supposed to choose the easiest option, and how you can use that natural wiring to build a decluttering habit you can actually keep. Instead of relying on motivation, you'll learn how to use small reps, low friction, and tiny wins to make decluttering automatic. Hey Guys! Today is Day Two of the decluttering habit series, and we're moving from your environment to your brain. Yesterday was all about making the cue obvious. Hey Guys, Today is Day One of the four-day decluttering habit series, and we're starting with the step that makes everything else possible: creating a clear, unavoidable cue for your daily decluttering habit. Most people don't declutter consistently because the reminder is vague. Clutter blends into the background. So today you'll pick one hotspot in your home and set up an intentional cue that triggers the simplest possible action: remove one item. Hey Friends, In this mini-episode, you're going to make real progress in your kitchen by decluttering your spices. If your spice drawer or cabinet is overflowing and you want a simple win today, this is it. In this episode you'll create space, cut the chaos, and actually start using your spices again because you'll know what you have and where it is. What You'll Do Today (Just Two Steps): 1. Alphabetize your spices and remove duplicates Pull out your spices, line them up in alphabetical order, and combine any duplicates. 2. Toss anything expired Check dates as you put them back. This alone clears a surprising amount of space. How to Stay on Track: This isn't a full-kitchen project. Don't let it domino. Stay focused on only the spices. If you have oversized bottles that don't fit with the regular ones, keep them in their own alphabetical section. You can handle two lists. Your Quick Action Plan: • Walk into your kitchen • Open your spice drawer or cabinet • Alphabetize • Remove duplicates • Toss expired • Put everything back neatly Take a deep breath and get it done — it really will only take a few minutes if you stay focused. Share Your Progress: Post a picture of your organized spices in the Facebook group. I'm posting mine too and can't wait to see yours. Know someone who needs a little nudge in the kitchen? Hey Guys, Today we're finishing the three-day pantry series by focusing on how to arrange and organize everything you kept. We covered: 1. Placement How to decide what goes at eye level, what belongs down low, what needs prime reach space, and how grouping items by height improves visibility. 2. Containers Simple tools that make a pantry functional, like lazy Susans for deep shelves, tiered risers for spices, and vertical dividers for high cabinets. 3. Labeling When labels are helpful, when you don't need them, affordable label options, and how to use P-Touch labels or bin tags to keep systems easy to maintain. HERE  are the labels I mention in this episode. Hey Friends, Today is Day 2 of your three-day pantry series, and this is the actual decluttering day. In this episode, I walk you through a simple, five-step process that makes even an overflowing pantry feel manageable. Decluttering the pantry can be a fun, relaxing, almost meditative project when you break it down into these steps. The 5 Steps From the Episode: 1. Space Planning If you did Day 1, your post-its are already on your shelves. If you didn't, Amber walks you through doing it quickly so you can start. 2. Duplicate Your Post-Its Write the same category labels again and place them on your counter, table, or floor. These become your landing zones as you pull items out. 3. Pull Everything Out Remove items shelf by shelf and place them under the correct duplicate post-it. Trash anything stale, open, or expired. Add new categories only if needed. 4. Clean the Shelves Wipe crumbs, sticky spills, and bottle drips. This takes a few minutes and makes the reset feel fresh and new. 5. Put Everything Back Now that everything is grouped, placing it back is fast and easy. Follow the original post-it map you planned yesterday.
