Dr. Nathan Lang-Raad is a speaker, author and professional learning facilitator. He is the Chief Education Officer at WeVideo. Throughout his career, he has served as a teacher, assistant principal, university adjunct professor, consultant, and education strategist. He served as Director of Elementary Curriculum and Instruction for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, as well as Education Supervisor at NASA's Johnson Space Center. He is a Google Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and 2016 Apple Teacher, serves on the board of the Student Voice Foundation and serves on the International Literacy Association Task Force. Nathan is the author of Everyday Instructional Coaching and co-author of The New Art and Science of Teaching Mathematics with Robert J. Marzano.

Author, teacher, literacy coach, and teacher trainer, Laura Robb has more than 40 years classroom experience and presented at conferences and in school districts in the U.S. and Canada. Even after retiring from full-time teaching, Laura has continued teaching part-time in area schools. For the past four years, she’s worked with students and trained ELA teachers in an intermediate school where about 1/3 of students entering 5th grade read on K-2 instructional levels. Angela is an eight year educator that has taught STEM in elementary, middle, and high school.  She is currently based in Chicago, where she teaches high school math.  Her teaching philosophy centers community - the classroom being a space where teaching and learning happens with all parties involved.  She also focuses on student empowerment in STEM for Black youth, with the goals of instilling STEM confidence, increasing STEM knowledge, and providing students with the tools to create systemic change through STEM. Dr. Tiawana Giles is an award-winning Elementary School Principal in Richmond, Virginia. Tiawana has experience in Urban, Suburban and Rural areas. Tom Flint is a moving image educator and filmmaker whose interests meet at the crossroads of film and cultural exchange. Dr. Teresa A. Lance currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Equity and Innovation in a suburban school district outside Chicago, Illinois. Prior to her current role, Dr. Lance served as the Superintendent in a suburban school district also outside Chicago, IL. As Superintendent, Dr. Lance led with an equity lens. Her approach is evident by the significant decrease in the disproportionate number of out of school suspensions and expulsions for Black and Brown children. Additionally, under Dr. Lance’s leadership, the number of advanced placement course offerings doubled. For the first time in the school district’s history, 9th graders were allowed to enroll in advanced placement courses securing both opportunity and access for our often-marginalized students.  Dr. Lance was also a School Leadership Officer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In her role as a School Leadership Officer, Dr. Lance was responsible for more than 11,000-students in 21 schools. While in Colorado, Dr. Lance oversaw multiple programs including: Gifted and Talented, Special Education, Emergent English Learners, and Professional Development. Dr. Lance’s career, however, began in Baltimore City, Maryland as a health and physical education teacher. It is in Baltimore City where Dr. Lance credits much of her growth; moving from teacher to assistant principal and eventually principal of both a middle and high school.
In her quest for learning and to create better outcomes for the students she serves, Dr. Lance has received training in various parts of the country, including three stints of professional learning at Harvard University’s Professional Education programs.  Dr. Lance earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and defended her dissertation titled, The Contributions of a Ninth-Grade Academy on African American Males’ Promotion to Tenth Grade: A Single-Case Study. Additionally, Dr. Lance co-authored a chapter entitled, Leading Boldly in Challenges to Integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs in Organizations. 
Dr. Lance has presented at several professional conferences, including The American Educational Research Association (AERA) and American Association of School Administrators (AASA). More recently, Dr. Lance was appointed and proudly serves on the Advisory Board of the Region 9 Comprehensive Center, which services Iowa and Illinois. Jorge Valenzuela is an education coach, author, and advocate. He has years of experience as a classroom and online teacher, a curriculum specialist, and a consultant. His work focuses on improving teacher preparation in project-based learning, computational thinking and computer science integration, STEM education, and equity-based restorative practices. Victoria Thompson is a STEM Integration Transformation Coach at Technology Access Foundation--a nonprofit leader redefining STEM education in public schools--and a consultant for Ignite EdTech. She has been in education for five years and began her journey teaching fifth and sixth grade math and science in Summerville, SC. After completing her masters degree in curriculum and instruction she moved to the Seattle, WA area in 2018, where her career has pivoted to focusing on STEM integration in schools, K-12 mathematics instruction with research on decolonizing mathematics curriculum for teachers and learners, creating inclusive math environments, and using technology to bridge equity gaps in math education.
