Blessed with 4 boys, that range between the ages of 21 and 13, with two being on the Autism Spectrum (one high functioning and the other low functioning). Their everyday life is anything but relaxing and easy. You'll hear stories about learning the diagnosis of their youngest, with the incredible defeated odds held against him, to the long drawn out constant fights with the public school.
You'll either cry or laugh as you hear the struggles and accomplishment that this family has endured over the years. The road blocks and walls along with constant setbacks has only made them stronger as one, making it possible for others to have a voice and a sense of understanding within the community as well as outside. Where's Teresa? In this episode Teresa is not present and Tim provides all the information as to why. Teresa fell ill over the holiday weekend which turned into an emergency surgery with what looked like a very shitty outcome. Tim pushes through his emotions and explains what could have been but turned out to be a relief. Listen to how important it is to listen to your body and learn that Teresa is now on the right road to recovery.
TikTok is now fully unlocked and Tim reacts to a few comments. Tim sets the record straight about what was stated in the last episode. Tim stands up fir his beer of choice "Bud Light" as both Tim and Teresa support "Love is Love" Teresa is frustrated with going on 3 weeks without a nurse with no relief in sight. She hints that she won't back down from a fight when it comes to the needs for her kids. Hear how Teresa has helped not only their kids but other kids and parents in need when it comes to learning disabilities and getting the kids the help they need.
Tim and Teresa apologize for the shit show episode 8 they delivered and promise to give their best from here on out. Phoenix's nursing is now down to nothing and they both explain the mental and physical strain it takes on their minds and bodies. They may be down but they are Definitely NOT out. What some don't understand is that if there is something being buried Teresa will sure as hell dig it up! In therms of "Digging" things up the local school had a slight gun scare when a student found what was later determined to be an old 2 shot Derringer that was heavily weathered. All proper precautions we taken and the authorities were called but, this wasn't good enough and the community took to Facebook making assumptions and putting their two cents in. Social media is still a thorn in the sides with the debacle of TikTok. Tim and Teresa talk about the accountability starting with the children to the young adults to the police officers and the Public Officials all the way up to the over seeing Government. From skydiving to Mexico and the kids growing up. Jerry Springer has died and has made room for another podcast to succeed in Tim's eyes. Tim and Teresa talk about the time they went skydiving for a company outing and what an experience it really is. They also travelled to Mexico and talk about the strange things they encountered on and off the resort and Teresa accidentally gives some local works a peep show while they work on an adjacent roof.
