10 - Tesla's end of remote work, and now the Twitter sackings. Our take on Elon Musk's leadership

It's been a while since you last heard from us, but we've been busy recording future episodes. And in fact, today, we share our 10th episode. What a milestone. And could be more relevant than talking about something that, now more than ever, is extremely important. Leadership. And for this episode, we decided to focus on a leader whom we have talked about before. Elon Musk. At the time of the recording, the original objective was to share our thoughts on him and other leaders like him, hard-line position on remote or hybrid work. But given recent controversies all over the media around his posture towards Twitter's employees post-acquisition, we think it makes this episode even more relevant. Some other things we talked about include:  People-focused leadership is what we need, particularly in a world post COVID-19 that took a toll on the mental health of so many of us.  The essential elements of Leadership  Why building a workstyle culture that is flexible and responsive to employees' needs is important and necessary. We hope you like the episode, and as always, your feedback matters to us.
