Not everything needs a response. It’s incredibly hard to practice this. Challenge yourself today to be conscious of this concept. See how often you respond out of habit. Take it a step further and ask yourself if your response was needed? Was your response 100% true? Is it a response that could be debated? Could the complete opposite of your response have also been true?
