Diet Canna

an exploration of what space is and how it’s defined within each of us.

in a modern world, full of struggles and chaos, it’s important to remember yourself. understanding where you are is just as important as understanding the world around you. life is like an Oreo, a metaphor you will understand if you listen to this episode.

hand selected poems, varying in hopeless romantic topics, flowing from my soul to yours. read by me, the author of my new book of poetry “SANGUINE”. enjoy these words.

a random episode recorded from the comfort of my car with a fizzy Diet Coke with two lemon wedges, talking about death and the idea of life behind and beyond said death. wow, that was quite the run on sentence.

a midweek episode, spontaneous like myself. a conversation flowing through topics such as cancel culture, time and space, influential power, existence, and understanding yours.
