A great conversation with Srikanth Srinivasan who is a graduate student at Oral Roberts University who is originally from India. He shares some takeaways from the story of Moses and the burning bush and how God chooses to associate with people regardless of their shortcomings and failures. We talk missions, overcoming shame, and understanding that the grace of God is for forgiveness and empowerment.

Andrea Hyre is the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm Shift. She is passionate about helping people see their own leadership potential. As a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Organizational Communications and Business, most of her experience lies in team building, facilitation, training and development, strategic planning, and designing leadership content. Though originally from the Northeast, she currently resides in Tulsa, OK with her husband, Jonathan, two sons-Liam and Lorenzo and their dog, Nugget. Goal: We want to discuss both struggles and goals for women in leadership. Andrea has experienced a lot in her leadership journey and has some great insight to share to educate leaders - both men and women - so we can have a place where we empower and equip women in their leadership roles. Questions: When you think about your leadership journey, what is a leadership principle you have found to be very valuable and consistent in your leadership? What is a cultural stigma around women in leadership that irritates you? What are some of the biggest obstacles you’ve seen for women in leadership? How do they overcome those obstacles? What do men need to know about women in leadership? What habits do you practice to maintain healthy boundaries and rhythms in your life and leadership?
