While you might not care about the number of likes and hearts you get, social media is a powerful tool to increase your organic traffic. Not only does it help build your following and warm your audience up to book your course, but it also increases the number of backlinks you can create, boosting your Google profile. But the downside is creating all that content, day in, day out. No one wants to be doing that with a busy schedule. In this special podcast episode, we run you through our FREE content calendar, which you can find in the link below, to help manage daily or weekly postings without the stress of having to invent something on the spot. This calendar uses relevant themes relevant to first aid trainers, which is useful for slowly building your audience and getting them to convert from passive scrollers to course bookers. If you want to get access to the calendar, you can do so here; https://digitalfirstaid.co/content-calendar/As always, if you'd like to join our amazing private Facebook group where we share free actionable advice and resources; https://www.facebook.com/groups/digitalfirstaidLooking to download our free Free aid training marketing guide; https://digitalfirstaid.co/marketing-guide/Looking to check out who digital first aid are; digitalfirstaid.coWant to check out our latest training session; https://digitalfirstaid.co/scaling-session/

What’s the most important thing in any business? You might not always have the most unique proposition on the market — but if you can be there when your customer comes calling, you’ll greatly improve your chances of retaining them.In this episode, I talk about how setting yourself up with an automated virtual assistant can make sure you keep new customers happy, even when you can’t always reach the phone yourself.
How do you begin to transform your business from where you are now to where you ideally could be in the near future? What steps do you need to take, and where do you start? My ten-step framework puts what we’ve covered elsewhere in the podcast into action, with a plan that'll rocket launch your First Aid Training business to success and give you the freedom of not having to rely on anyone else.
When designing your website, what platform you choose depends on the action you’re trying to get people to take. The best designs will have the customer’s needs front of mind, considering why people click on sites in the first place. Here, I briefly overview some of the best codeless websites that simplify managing your ongoing content changes and pricing.
Convincing any audience begins with getting them hooked through the advertising ‘funnel’, turning initial interest into paying action. The best way to do that is with a series of micro-conversions, getting people pumped about whatever it is you’re selling.    In this episode, we’ll go over ways to move your customers through the funnel and build more trust in your brand, so your audience feels optimistic about what they’re getting.
Your audience is bombarded by generic advertising messages daily. To stand out from the crowd and generate sales success, you need to be sure you're paying to reach the right people. This episode discusses how specific ad tags bring in viewership and how tracking your conversion rate forms new leads, building a better picture of the buyer journey.
People rarely buy anything under $100 on the first viewing — what's needed is a little persuasion and familiarity. Creating a sales funnel allows your potential customers to go on a journey that helps them form a relationship with you which converts into long-term sales. In this episode, I discuss creating a gripping opening email and following with relevant automated content that provides multiple touchpoints for your brand and message.
While inbound leads are great for maintaining a stable customer base, your real money comes from going out and targeting people in your market. Outbound leads bring you into the considered set of customers by creating greater awareness of you as a trusted brand people want to hear from more. In this episode, I’ll discuss how to generate a list of dream clients and begin crafting intelligent, customised messaging to bring about conversion.
Inbound leads are the mecca for any business because the intention is already there to buy your product or service or at least actively look into what you’re trying to sell. This episode talks about generating more inbound leads through effective messaging platforms so that your revenue streams remain open.
Whatever business you’re in, lead generation is your lifeblood. If you don’t have a way to bring in new traffic and aren’t consistently working towards the goal of better communication, your opportunities will suffer. Throughout this episode, I talk about the different types of lead generation, from getting referrals to appearing organically on search engines and how you can progress your goals a little at a time to where you want your brand and your business to be.
