Description

Lost, confused, happy, overwhelmed or plain bored, the mind feels a lot but when you can't make sense of anything and your monkey mind starts to takeover your goodnight sleep, give it an outlet to touch upon the unknown or known. Let your mind digress and tell its story in whatever words it is comfortable in.

I, start with mine to speak with yours!

This microcast series is best experienced at night, when you are trying to make up your mind and go to sleep.

In this episode, I proudly digress from the tiredness that hit the body to the comfort in accepting that there is no shame in being detached with the idea of comfort of any type altogether.
