Mike Bernardo and Chris Scott are back with a new season of Dinger For 3! This episode features predictions for the 2022 MLB Season, thoughts on the Yankees and Mets offseason and the season to come, reaction to Brian Cashman's comments about the 2017 season, reaction to Jacob deGrom's injury, and a brief discussion about the Nets, Knicks, Giants, and Jets.
We have a World Series, and it features the two No. 1 seeds. Wow, go figure. Many analysts and gurus were thinking this year's World Series could feature two random teams with the playoff expansion, but that wasn't the case. We're giving World Series predictions, what the Mets and Yankees can learn from the Dodgers and Rays, as well as NFL power rankings.
Only four teams remain, but it looks like we are heading for a battle of the South East in the upcoming World Series. The Rays have a commanding lead and the Braves entered Wednesday's Game 3 against the Dodgers with a 2-0 series lead! What does this mean? It means FAILURE for the New York Yankees!
