I sit down with my good friend, Hayden Trull and talk about “Diversity Day”, an episode that is pretty simple but offers a lot of thought. We have our minds blown by a Dwight joke in the episode, which shows he might have had a plan to mess with Jim. We also talk about how different characters seem in later seasons and Hayden gives a theory as to why he thinks the office seems dysfunctional in later seasons.
