It's the digital age but sometime we prefer the old ways in getting our homeowners' policy. I should mention that your homeowners' policy once renew there will be a paper copy sent to your home. We all have different experiences. Please do not feel like your experiences don't matter. Your experiences are yours. We all make decisions every day, sometime those decisions will not be handle well by others. It happens, own your decisions and learn from it. Not everyone will agree with your decisions. It's life.
