Becoming a Leader

Becoming a Leader

2022-06-2104:53

Do you constantly ask people for their opinion about something you’re doing? If so, stop it. Second opinions are nice, but make sure they stay in their position as second place. We have a hard time time trusting our own thoughts and feelings without outside affirmation, which can kill our personal growth and progression. Ask God to give you the faith and confidence needed to trust yourself more and the outside world less. Be a leader and remember to always flex your faith.
Fasting is important and necessary. Sometimes we consume so much of the world, that we lose connection with God and ourselves. We can’t think, see, or hear correctly when we’re too focused on the distractions around us. This episode will remind you to take that necessary break. Remember to always flex your faith.
We’re constantly faced with decisions that require a thoughtful answer. Sometimes, weighing the pros and cons of those decisions feel so overwhelming that we refuse to decide anything at all. Standing still in between left and right is a dangerous place to be. At some point, you’ll have to pick a direction and pray for God’s guidance along the way. Taking steps forward can be scary, but you must move to see any possible progress. The good news is that you never have to walk alone. Thank God for his Holy Spirit. Remember to always flex your faith.
It’s easy to think extremely wise, successful, and charming people are flawless and have all the answers. The truth is, they’re not. Most people are figuring it out day by day, unsure of what the outcome will be. It takes a strong spiritual connection with God to live in peace, purpose, and power despite all of life’s uncertainties. Practice going to God more than people for your advice, guidance, and answers. Remember to always flex your faith.
What happens when you make a wrong turn while driving? You simply turn around and get back on track. The same rules apply when you’ve made a wrong turn in your life and gotten off track from your goals. Instead of beating yourself up or focusing on the mistakes you’ve made, realign your focus on moving forward. The journey to your destination won’t always be smooth, but you can recover from anything. Ask God to provide vision, precision, and provision along the way. Also, never forget to fuel up on the gas that keeps you going. Remember to always flex your faith.
