This is something I've wanted to do for a long time. There's something so fascinating about podcasts that draws me into them, they're the flame to my moth. So with time on my hands I decided why not.  This first episode, admittedly, is more relaxed, introspective and unstructured than I'd have hoped but I wanted to keep it genuine, real and honest for you.  In the future I'll be bringing in guests from all walks of life to talk about whatever comes to mind. I dare say they'll be more lively, light hearted, jokey and fun than this first episode but hey, we all have to start somewhere and here is where I start.   Talking about living alone for the first time in my life, going through a break up, finding ways to improve my life with self betterment routines like exercise, meditation and dieting, reminiscing about high school and talking about body perception and insecurities. I don't want to hold anything back and be as honest as I can as I talk about the stage of my life I'm in at the moment learning to be alone.
