Description
As someone with lived experience of mental health, I know how daunting and stigmatizing it can be to discuss our struggles. Alongside my personal struggles, I have witnessed loved ones experience mental health struggles, trauma, and addiction. I am an active front-line worker in social services, and see the struggles daily in my professional life. Doom to Bloom Podcast's vision is to raise awareness of mental health, trauma, and addiction as well as to work to break down the stigma attached to these topics. Let's normalize mental health and our struggles.

Darlene Greene wants to help you take charge of your own health, get out of pain, improve your energy, increase the quality of your sleep, reduce systemic inflammation, increase mental clarity, improve your nervous system, lower your anxiety, enhance brain functioning, improve cardiovascular functioning, and elevate your GHK-Cu for a host of additional benefits to include increasing your own stem cells, producing growth factors, protect lungs, reset genes to their younger healthier state, repair damaged DNA, inhibit cancer, increase hair growth, improve skin, increase healing, accelerate wound healing, reduce Fibrinogen (top predictor of cardiovascular disease) and more...
Having exhausted IV stem cells, hyperbaric chamber, ozone therapies and more to help her husband with his Early Alzheimer’s, she FINALLY discovered an affordable technology that dramatically improved his symptoms within the first week, without drugs, without a prescription, and without any contra-indications to other treatments or therapeutic modalities.
After experiencing the amazing results for herself, and watching family and friends have their own miracles, Darlene is passionate about sharing this technology with the world. A driving force for her remains, “Why didn’t I know about this two years ago… where would my husband be if we had started using this technology two years ago…and who out there needs to know about this right now?”
When an anesthesiologist says, “This is the most significant medical breakthrough in my lifetime…” and when over 300 Olympic Athletes use the technology in the 2008 Olympics, aren’t you curious as to what it could do for you in addition to making you look and feel younger?
Darlene Greene has over 26 years of experience in executive leadership and senior management positions across diverse industries, including positions such as: Vice President of Strategic Technology Partner at McAfee (Intel), Dean of Culver Girls Academy, Director of Client Services for HyeTech Networks and Security, and Senior Director LifeWave Foundational Cell Activation Technology. During her 20 years of military experience, she earned her MBA and held three Commanding Officer positions, including serving as base commander and overseeing over 1200 personnel in multiple departments. Darlene created the Returning Warrior Weekend Workshop in 2006 to help military members and their spouses reintegrate successfully – a program still supporting military across the country today.
Darlene’s passion today is helping people elevate their GHK-CU peptide to activate their stem cells, repair their DNA, reverse age, and get out of pain through the latest photo biomodulation technology.

The journey from people-pleaser to confident & fierce advocate was not linear, nor was it neat & tidy. But it was exciting, challenging and energizing with each new tool she acquired.
Kelly left her peacekeeping role behind her at 18 & devoured all of the education she could possibly manage, from post-secondary studies to weekend workshops, online courses & leadership retreats.
And as she re-entred the workforce with more personal strength & perspective, Kelly strategically chose companies & positions in which she could implement these emotionally intelligent tools to help hire & build stronger teams.
She took on roles that mentored & coached others, empowering them to set goals with more clarity & move with more conviction toward the life they wanted for themselves.
Kelly now has her own personal Life Coaching practice offering 1:1 support with clients, working directly with women who are ready to do the necessary work to deeply understand who they are, set life-changing boundaries & start putting themselves first.

Rick Koenig's life is a tale of diverse experiences, challenges, and profound personal growth. Beginning his martial arts journey at the age of 4, Rick grew up in the unique setting of his father's pizzerias in New Jersey, actively involved in their operations.
Transitioning into security work at nightclubs in Philadelphia and New Jersey, Rick crossed paths with notable figures like Paul Wight II and provided security for legends such as Mike Tyson and Dennis Rodman. However, life took a difficult turn as he became entangled in "mob connections," leading to imprisonment alongside his father in maximum-security prisons.
Upon his release, Rick displayed resilience, purchasing and owning MMA facilities while pursuing a career as a professional fighter in the late 1980s. In 2009, he relocated to Branson, Missouri, establishing his own MMA school. Playing a significant role in the martial arts community, Rick trained law enforcement personnel and became a member of the 1% Biker's Club, highlighting his commitment to the craft.
Life presented further challenges, including the heart-wrenching disappearance of his oldest son for two years. Although his son was eventually found, his passing under suspicious circumstances fueled doubt and conspiracy theories. Rick also confronted and triumphed over struggles with alcohol addiction.
Today, Rick has transitioned into a full-time role at his gym, dedicating his energy to training others. He serves as an inspiration, leader, and mentor, embodying resilience and personal growth. Rick Koenig's journey stands as a testament to overcoming adversity and forging a path towards a brighter future.

When Ann Hince was 19, she woke one morning to find her mother dead in her bathroom.
Twenty years later the tears from that trauma were still just under the surface. Ann found a simple technique that helped her release these emotions - but she went further and can now put her awareness inside her body - and has changed the bone structure of her skull and grown ¾ of an inch at age 56. Ann has found that seeking out our truth, what we truly feel, and accepting those feelings, is the key to inner peace.

Ending 2020 and at 36 years old, Sean found himself at a loss. He felt like he had tried everything and that the person he had become and all the negativity he felt was someone else's fault. Depressing thoughts and negativity seemed to be getting worse and worse and the scale kept climbing. At 320lbs, Sean had enough. Starting 2021, Sean decided to try some things he had never done before in an effort to start feeling better, to start being more positive, and to start living a better life.
Where did he even get started?
Sean decided he didn't like the relationship he had with alcohol and made an effort to take a break. This was the beginning of change and the start of positive progress. Sean has now passed his 3rd year sober, has lost 100lbs, has become more positive and has a completely new mindset. This all started with allowing himself to do something he had never done before to challenge who he thought he was.
