In todays episode I am interviewing Dana Lerman. I met Dana at Rythmia last year in June. Dana was previously a physician specialising in infectious disease and was heavily involved in the pandemic and was feeling burnt out and left wondering there has to be another way of helping people. She then decided to study assisted psychedelic therapy with ketamine based out in Colorado. I love how open and honest Dana is in this episode and really shares from her heart Dana talks how psychedelics can really be the key to helping you start unpacking all the unnecessary crap that we don’t need to carry around and how they can help you see things from a different perspective and move your life in a different direction one that’s more aligned with your true self. In today’s episode, I am interviewing Michael O Shea. He has spent 17 years in the hospitality industry until he sat his first ayahuasca ceremony in Bali, which like for many has opened the door deeper within himself and has brought him on the journey that he is on now. He is based in Costa Rica where he is creating awesome content, hosting amazing Ayahuasca retreats and diving deeper into more of who he is. I met Michael when I was leaving Costa Rica last June he was just beginning his journey of the retreats, we have a catch up on his journey now, and he opens up about relationships, heart walls, and shares some good nuggets of wisdom. you can reach out to Michael on Instagram on https://www.instagram.com/michael__oshea/ and on https://www.tiktok.com/@michael__oshea You can also connect with him on his website on https://inspirethecollective.com and the podcast spiritual fitness. Amber is originally from Atlanta, Ga, however, she grew up in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and studied abroad in the UK as well. She had always had an inner knowing that there was something greater that created this beautiful earth we live on, until her faith in Spirit became strong in 2019 when she was first introduced to plant medicine, journeying with Ayahuasca. Amber spent time in the amazon forest with the tribes and gaining a deeper connection with the plants, and she recently just became a Kambo practitioner with her mum. Amber is an amazing space holder and walking the medicine path and truly inspiring and I am incredibly grateful for her to be on the show and to share her wisdom of love and light through her beautiful heart. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did. Thank you so much for listening in. In this episode, I am talking with my friend Charlie that I also met in Bali. Charlie begins by talking about his journey with ayahuasca and the deep ancestral healing he went through in ceremony that he had to clear out. Charlies spiritual journey began when he was reading something while at work at a gym, an energy shot up his spine and up to his brain which he believes to be a kundalini awakening. Do forgive me, there is a bird tweeting in the background and I cant get rid of it! He just wanted to be on the podcast too! I hope you enjoy this episode and feel called to reach out to Charlie. His healings are amazing!! You can contact Charlie on his website on www.charlie-homer.com https://www.instagram.com/charlie_homer/

He also talks about his journey with Bufo which is also known as 5-meO-DMT which is 3-4 times more powerful than ayahuasca which he describes as the express train. I am so grateful to have you listen to my first guest on the show! I hope you enjoy it. If you enjoy this episode feel free to share with friends and family and social media. Join me in this episode, as I take you on my journey with plant medicine also known as Ayahuasca. I ventured over to Costa Rica last year by myself to drink this beautiful plant medicine. And boy was that an adventure! I am so excited to have you listening in, and I would love to know your thoughts and perhaps you have your own experience with the medicine, head over to the @dopeasssouls Instagram and let me know on the recent post. If you are thinking about going to drink plant medicine and you are on medication, it is helpful to know that you should consult your doctor first or contact the doctor at the centre that you will be visiting. They will advice you further.
