Brett Rau joins the show to share his journey in basketball. Brett went from a standout community college guard to a preferred walk on at Mizzou. While at Mizzou, Brett would go on to help the team reach the Big Dance. After his time at Mizzou he interned for the Dallas Mavericks, where he got to learn and work with greats like Dirk Nowitzki and rookie standout Luka Dončić. Brett's story comes full circle to his current role as a graduate assistant with the University of Akron's mens basketball team.  Thank you to Brett for joining the show and sharing his process and insight to a career in sports.

Aaron and Kyle, discuss college. The pair chat shortly about the financial constraints of college and why it's important to do what you want not what society wants. Aaron then goes on to talk about the biggest value you can take away from college, relationships. Aaron paints the picture of how the way he treats people got him to travel the world, and end up being a cohost for Ilya.
