Many young people want to get into real estate but either don't know where to start or assume a massive amount is needed to venture into real estate. Today the property/real estate strategy I'm going to talk about is probably the most attractive to beginners because you do not need to own your own property to get into it and it's called Rent to Rent, specifically Rent to Serviced accommodation or Airbnb as many know it as. This is the approach many successful companies are taking.
