In this discussion, Dr. Parker talks with Dennis Dunphy, co-founder of Stick Mobility, about the birth of the fitness system and its evolution since it was launched back in 2015.
Dennis was born in Seoul, S Korea and feels extremely lucky and fortunate to have been adopted by a loving family when he was just 3 years old. His formative years were spent in Buffalo, NY where he first became interested in fitness. Dennis soon became passionate about helping people move better, team sports, travel and of course eating great food. He moved to San Jose, CA in 1997 to begin a new chapter in his life, what better place to feed his passions than in the San Francisco Bay area. Dennis's first endeavor in his professional career, and in the fitness world, began in 1999 at 24-HR Fitness. He holds an extensive background in several modalities such as kettlebells, Animal Flow, Indian Clubs, and mace training to name a few. It didn’t take him too long to quickly realize that he needed to break out of the corporate gym setting and start his own business, Diamond Physique. He is going on 17 years of doing something that he absolutely loves. His greatest reward comes from the gratification he receives from helping other people improve themselves both physically and mentally. He helps people enjoy a better quality of life - there is no better reward. His journey has led to an ever increasing knowledge of the human body and how all the body's systems work in unison. Stick Mobility is a result of that journey. Neal and Dennis are proud to bring you a system that will revolutionize your life.

In this conversation, Lauren Alderfer discusses the intersections of mindfulness, performance enhancement and micro-dosing.
Lauren Alderfer comes to the world of microdosing and the use of entheogens through the lens of her many decades of meditation. She understands the powerful lived experience of non duality to enhance one’s presence. Deepening a connection to one’s essential nature, living with ever greater loving-kindness and wisdom, and sharing in the interconnectedness of nature and all sentient beings can be equally powerful experiences when approaching microdosing and entheogens through the heart of mindfulness. She is the award-winning mindfulness author of Teaching from the Heart of Mindfulness. She also wrote the popular children’s book, Mindful Monkey, Happy Panda as well as other Buddhist stories.
