There’s something very witchy about this lady, and we don’t mean personality-wise. Her bed is made of ironwood, she only has daughters, she raises her children (Nesta especially) to be cruel and unfeeling - the signs are there! Plus Nesta and Elain both have mental gates of iron - are these sisters ironteeth? Maasverse: Are there wyrdmarks around the Archeron’s door?Whorls and swirls galore, babes. Yes, definitely. But the bigger question is - why are there wyrdmarks in Prythian at all, if the Valg have never been here? Could they in fact not be a Valg language at all, but connected to the Daglan? Or have the valg been here the whole time? And did the wyrdmarks actually work? The Iron Squad Fantasy Draft!!Your favorite literary chaos agents Abby and Ronnie are back with a FUN twist on their usual deep dives - it's IRON SQUAD FANTASY DRAFT time! We're taking a break from our usual theory-heavy episodes to play a little game. Some of it's serious, some of it's silly, all of it's fun. For each category, we each get to pick one Iron Squad member, but we can't pick the same person. Our draft pool includes Dain, Rhi, Ridoc, Aaric, Sawyer, Maren, and Cat.First up: Who's the most powerful member of the Iron Squad? Is Cat more powerful than we thing?
