Like all of us are a pricing many times a day if you're not using an auto repricer. So at this point, the other thing I suggest you do is go back and look at your year. How's it gone? Did it get to where you expected it to go to? Were you disappointed? I know a little bit. I think we were disappointed in a couple things that didn't, I call them doubles. We hit a few doubles. Is it too late for you to have RA in your business? I talk with Dan who runs a virtually 100% RA multiple 7-figure business in multiple states. So he would say no it's not too late. Funny how this conversation started out. Discussing employee and contractor retention. Have you figured out what you would lose if your key employee left tomorrow? Do you have a contingency plan? How about instead you treat them right now? You check in with them? You ask how they are doing? You give them more money? Have you tried to drive your own sales? Have you tried to bring your own traffic to Amazon? Most would say they don't need to as that's what we pay Amazon all those fees for. But if you are seeing higher ad costs with lesser results, then maybe some traffic that you generate might be the answer. Maybe traffic to your other sales channels could help with profits. Wise words from a young guy. You must be a buyer first. Regardless if you are an RA, OA, Wholesale or Private Label seller it all starts with the buy. That sets the tone for how you can sell your products. If your costs are low you have flexibility in a competitive market. If your costs are high where pennies matter you need to understand the competition and demand. I also love the way he talks about how far incremental changes have taken him. Small adjustments over time equal big changes. I am halfway done with the book he recommended: "Mindset by Carol Dweck".
