Bill Berge came to EKU as a junior in 1955 and graduated in 1957. He returned to teach at EKU in 1961 and served as EKUs first ombudsman in 1969.
Martha Mullins spent 21 years as a faculty member in EKU's Department of Physical Education and as an administrator in the EKU Athletics Department. Her influence on high school and college athletics continues to be felt at EKU and across Kentucky.
