Mark and John Cronin are a father-son entrepreneurial duo. They’re the founders of John’s Crazy Socks, a unique sock brand that’s been featured by celebrities and influential figures such as George H.W. Bush, Eva Longoria, and Kristin Bell. They’ve also been featured in numerous media outlets like ABC, the BBC, CBS, Fox News, and PBS. This all started in the fall of 2016, as John was entering his final year of high school. Unhappy with his options after high school as someone with down syndrome, he proposed to Mark that they go into business together. John thought that the best way to find a job was to create one! During that first month of business, they had shipped 452 orders with over $13,000 in revenue all while pledging 5% of their earnings to the Special Olympics. Gary Chapman, PhD is an author and radio talk show host. Dr. Chapman has written 50 books in his lifetime, one of which you may be familiar with. Having completed undergraduate and post-graduate from Texas A&M and Harvard respectively, Jimmy uses his knowledge and experience to develop and teach curriculums on combat ethics and leadership. He also started Mayday Executive Services, which helps companies develop camaraderie, unit cohesion, and team synergy through intense experiences. Jimmy is also the CEO of Beyond the Brotherhood, a non-profit that focuses on helping Navy SEALS transition to the civilian sector.
