The past few years I’ve embarked on the most amazing journey of my life. Traveling the world and competing at the highest level to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Although I found myself 4 votes shy of qualifying for Paris in Budapest at the OQS(Olympic Qualifying Series) I gained a whole new perspective on life. From the highs to the lows my experience was incredible. I learned the importance of being myself, standing for what I believe in and never giving up. With so much support from my friends and family I overcame so much that has shaped my character and built the drive to continuously move forward.
On this podcast I will be sharing my personal experience of Navigating being a father of 5, full time athlete/artist, a creative director , professional competitor, and corporate partner with the hopes of inspiring and giving a different perspective of the challenges life throws our way. Bringing back this podcast is really exciting because we will be building a community full of people who are all navigating life the best they can while striving to be more everyday.
I hope this platform adds value to your life. Stay tuned and lets get this work.

In this episode, I share the three different ways that I was able to survive off of breaking. When you find something you love, and that’s all you want to do, there’s nothing wrong with monetizing a portion of it so that he can fund the passion of it. When I first started breaking, I was a teenager, and all I needed was to be able to get a MetroCard to go to practice, buy a turkey cheese, lettuce, tomato mayonnaise on a roll sandwich, and get into the jams. As I got older, and became a father with major responsibilities, and then had to expand my resources and figure out different ways to stay consistent with my income so that I can provide for my family without having to give up my dreams. So I utilize my skills and did what I had to do so that I can be the best father I can be while maintaining my aspirations and breaking in this podcast, I share the ins and outs, the ups and downs, along with some tips and tools that may help you in a similar situation. I hope you enjoy.

SHOUT OUTS TO BREAKERS WORLDWIDE.
One of the most valuable things I’ve ever done is bought a composition notebook to store all my ideas my mental thoughts and also create some type of journal or dialogue to release any type of energy in my mind that may be distracting me from continuing anything and everything that I wanna do. Don’t underestimate the power of writing doesn’t need to be perfect it just needs to be done it’s a great therapy.
I haven’t had a chance to wind down after our fashion show in New York but it was definitely an experience. One to remember for sure. There’s so much momentum that I had to put a pause on everything because I know what’s about to happen. Before all this blows up we need to make sure that we are legally safe and so the next steps or detrimental to the future of this brand. Congrats we stepped out of being a start up T-shirt company let’s go let’s change the game today’s the day.
Do you know when you’re out there busting your ass. You know when you’re out there working trying to grind trying to kill game? Do you ever just been on that wave and you just ride it out ride it out ride it out no matter how exhausted you are no matter how tired you are you just ride it out? Well after all this hard work. I decided man things are going good let me take a quick break. Biggest fucking mistake so much work got piled up and it was only two days never again
