I LOVE the content in the podcast. It’s super inspiring and easy to digest. My issue is the hosts are constantly patting themselves on the back and talking about how healthy and active they are and it is super off-putting to me. I get it you are healthy, we have established this. I just find the constant talking about what you eat for breakfast, ordering fruit from CA, what you are as a child feels so self-congratulatory that it takes away from the amazing content you are putting out there.
